Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Unit Trac overview
What is Unit Trac?
Unit Trac is a management solution for self storage owners and operators that provides productivity boosting features such as an interactive facility map, lease management, credit card processing, financial reporting, real-time financials, and more. The platform can be accessed on any device, allowing users to manage their business and communicate with their customers while on the go.
Unit Trac’s lease management features allow users to create leases, record payments, assign units to customers, and track outstanding payments. Organizations can customize deposits and rent charges, invoice customers, and optionally charge late fees. Credit card processing allows users to do one-time or recurring charges, as well as setup a charge schedule. The platform displays all upcoming charges, failed charges, and any transfers made to the bank account.
The solution provides users with a custom, interactive facility map that stays up to date with all the latest changes. Users can see the status of each unit, whether it’s available or rented, locked out, payment status, and more. Real-time financials allow users to view their revenue stream, get revenue projections, and track which tenants are due or behind on rent payment.
Unit Trac allows users to upload and attach documents to the cloud, such as ACH authorization, a scan of a signed contract, photos of damage or debris within the unit, or written communication from tenants. All contacts are stored in a single location, allowing users to call or email tenants directly via the platform, as well as include invoices, receipts, signed contracts, and more.
