What is VetlinkPRO?

VetLinkSQL is a cloud-based and on-premise practice management solution designed to help veterinary clinics and hospitals manage patients’ medical records and online bookings. Key features include invoicing, billing, loyalty programs, data backup, general ledger management, analytics, and reporting.

The solution allows receptionists to book appointments and assign staff, consultation rooms, or dates to patients using drag-and-drop capabilities. Marketing teams can use VetLinkSQL to automate email campaigns under reminders, promotions, treatments, statements, newsletters, and other categories, in order to connect with clients. Using the business activity monitor (BAM), owners can view clinic operations and track operational progress using performance indicators. It comes with a StockLink App, which helps employees track inventory levels, generate purchase orders, and monitor stock transfers across different branches. Users can also create custom forms, record client details, and request approval on consent forms via digital signatures.

VetLinkSQL offers integration with multiple third-party applications including MailChimp, Google Calendar, Netsuite, Payment Express, Xero, InfoVet, Vaultage, Masterpet, and Cenvet. It provides a hotel module, which lets team members book a cattery, kennel, or equine paddock for animals, set up opening/closing times of the facility, and adjust boarding rates as per animal size and requirements.
