The solution allows receptionists to book appointments and assign staff, consultation rooms, or dates to patients using drag-and-drop capabilities. Marketing teams can use VetLinkSQL to automate email campaigns under reminders, promotions, treatments, statements, newsletters, and other categories, in order to connect with clients. Using the business activity monitor (BAM), owners can view clinic operations and track operational progress using performance indicators. It comes with a StockLink App, which helps employees track inventory levels, generate purchase orders, and monitor stock transfers across different branches.
