Webling overview
What is Webling?
Webling is designed for clubs and associations that want to manage their administration digitally and clearly distribute responsibilities across the board. It combines membership management, accounting, invoicing and membership fees, communication, calendars, event management and a member portal in one central system.
Member data can be structured using custom fields and groups, filtered, and imported or exported via Excel or CSV. Individual user permissions allow board members, treasurers and other administrators to work together while controlling access to specific data and functions.
For financial management, Webling provides integrated accounting, invoicing and membership fee management as well as bank transaction imports. For clubs and associations in Switzerland, Germany and Austria, it supports country-specific workflows such as Swiss QR invoices with optional TWINT payments, SEPA direct debits and DATEV export.
Through the member portal, members can update their own contact details, access internal information and documents, view calendars and register for events. Webling also provides email and newsletter tools, document storage and a REST API for custom integrations.
