X-CD is a cloud-based association management solution that helps users stream live or pre-recorded sessions, handle virtual posters, and track attendance. Exhibitors get access to portals to manage profiles, resources, and booth staff. Interactive directories and floor plans can be embedded on site.

It offers mobile-based lead scanning with real-time access and exportable data. Users can automate session check-ins, credit calculations, and certificate delivery. Teams can access real-time reports across submissions, financials, attendance, CE, and mobile usage to support post-event analysis. Managers can configure membership types, dues, and workflows as well as automate reminders and track payments. It includes self-service portals for updates, renewals, and history. Teams can use filters and queries to segment contacts by member type, event history, CE credits, or demographics.

Associations can send personalized emails and reminders and create custom forms for evaluations, nominations, awards, and more. The platform includes an encrypted infrastructure with GDPR and SOC 2 compliance.
