Was happy with the help and support I needed, also the fact the help online help within the program.
The syncing with Xero can be a little frustrating as it only syncs on the hour. Emails often go to members 'junk.
It is easy to use and allows us to keep track of the wide range of programmes we run at our football club. It is also easy to keep track of registrations, and outstanding invoices.
I find it frustrating that you cannot "order uniform" directly from a persons profile (from admin view).
The ease of how to use it. I like that you can assign different rankings to different users and can send emails to groups, parents, etc with ease.
Difficult to send multiple documents (exceeding 10mb) on mail option.
Very satisfied, will recommend this to other teams / clubs in the future.
Sometimes the customers emails go to spam but the team are working on that for us.
The customer support has been great. Always quick, and very helpful.
The ability for customers to book and pay directly is awesome. We were also able to ingrate with our accounts software.

They also have the insensitivity of not informing what their list price is, many of the clients probably don't even know that they use drupal, an opensource software.

For open source/self hosted version there are many features missing.

Although open social works on Drupal (which is an open source CRM) it's not that easy to get off the beaten track.
Opens Source, very well featured, and easy to setup and use using Platform.sh. Support from the OpenSocial team is very good, are they are always on had to assist.
I can afford very little in the development stage but believe once fully in production can develop enough income via a advert model to pay for additional tech.

The product is user friendly and works good for a small property. Customer service has been great and always available.
Whenever there are system updates, it is not communicated well to the customers. After most updates there are problems with accounting reports be changed or not working.
The conceptof this software is extremely pleasant and for us as CEFINCO the result is very interesting and effective.
I am absolutely disgusted by the response that I received regarding the use of two different addresses.
It’s a complete package that helps in all factors of property management. The staff is very responsive and they continue to put out new innovative ways to help our business.
One of the problems that it is solving that as a company we have been able to notice is that Manage Casa, now we can have an interaction with a sales consultant from Latin America.
It being cloud based was so important for us, as we have board members and proprietors who live all across the world. I really have to say that their customer service is amazing.
Transferring tenants to different units is a very difficult process in Managecasa, takes too many steps.
Top notch, professional, user friendly and very intuitive platform that is rich in feautres compared to the other platfoms we reviewed.
Old homeowners are showing up along with present homeowners. Past homeowners are being emailed from the system even though their info is no longer there as a homeowner.
ManageCasa is a cloud based product that is mobile friendly that can be used from anywhere at anytime. It is extremely cost effective, easy to set up, implement and use.

I like the theoretical idea of ​​ease of use and the fact that one can get detailed reports on the income side of the property and track each of our properties.

The price was cheap, the tools seemed good until you used them.

It was fresh out from a re-design and this made it one of the most effective user interfaces. We were able to control the way we managed our children and their guardians.

We are switching back to Daxko in November and we are all very excited to see our functionality improve and our membership numbers increase.
Staff had a very hard time catching on to how to use the program. Due to Personify's lack of response and problem solving we lost a large amount of money.
Refunds were easy to process. I liked that we had the ability to use contact tracking through the software to notify coworkers about issues with certain customers.
There are too many things that you can click on that are not necessary for our association to use. The subsystem names for membership types and programs/classes were more confusing.
Personify is a great tool to coordinate member specifics including but not limited to purchases and tenure. The reports feature is a great tool and easy to use.
This program tries to be all things to all kinds of organizations but it is a terrible fit for what I do.
We, however, have numerous integration points and are able to deliver a seamless single-sign-on experience for our customers, and in general are very satisfied customers.
This program is maddening from start to finish.
I liked the facility visit reports for members, they were very detailed and official looking, easy to create for members who needed them for their employers. Merging customers is rather easy.
Finding products was difficult. Also, I struggled with taking payments, which should have been easy.
I have come to know several of the 3 years we have been with them and value their personalities, skills, and attention to detail. They are genuinely great people to learn from and be around.
My supervisor just told me that it was our two year anniversary with Personify and I literally couldn't believe it. I still struggle every single day with it.
The best feature of the the software is being able to email questions and contact tracking to department supervisors for specific members.
We have gotten used to most of the functionality and have found work-arounds for most of the things the system doesn't readily provide so as to avoid customizations.
I like the fact that Personify integrates with nearly any association software application. From registration to learning, Personify partners are easy to find.
My overall experience with Personify360 has been good. After using for a period of time, the software has become easier to use.

Dave and Paysubsonline have been wonderful in setting up our complicated system for our Club and every penny is accounted for.
It is difficult to train others. It’s costly as compared to the features.
Very easy to get started and the ongoing technical support/troubleshooting has been excellent. Hugely reduced the time required to collect subs and circulate group emails.
Our dance school has now gone into liquidation. I believe some of this is down to the problems we had with paysubs.
The ability to put out email messages to the membership is also an asset. We now only use the online system for accepting new members and only a very small minority have a problem signing up.
I complained and they denied they said it. We were so far in and had promised our customers we were moving to a new better system so decided to continue.

The person who was assigned to help had terrible communication skills.
The software has helped our facility manage memberships, events, and payments thoroughly and efficiently. I especially appreciate the flexibility in customizing almost every feature to fit our needs.
Sometimes writing whole paragraphs without a single punctuation mark. Making it very difficult for us to understand what on earth she was saying.
Easy to use and track membership. Help and support received from Loveadmin is quick and efficient.
It took up a lot of our time for several months meaning we lost focus on other more important things.
There were a few hickups at the start as we would expect but was resolved quickly with the support given.
I can’t import all the spreadsheets I have to the platform as mine are such a mess. At least this give me the chance to start afresh with the client data.

Very customizable, good design, good quality. Can support a large group of people.
Few bugs and complicated. Simpler things made unnecessarily confusing compared to Airmeet and Hopin.

Self Management tools, dashboard, ease of control features are really good. We can also test the deployment instantly.
Do not show the demo of something which is not covered in the price you quote. Adding users was insanely hard exercise.
We used this platform for the virtual event "Gala. It was very easy to use and I like the part where we customize according to our needs and more over the customer support.
But you ask to add email IDs, then catgeorize them as attendees, organizers, etc. and then you cannot switch roles. This seemed unnecessarily hard.
The team has worked hard to recreate the feel of a conference in a virtual environment. A fantastic experience for a reasonable price.
