Acsendo allows enterprises to define and approve employees’ goals and schedule follow-ups to streamline evaluation processes. Managers can collect staff members’ feedback by creating and sending surveys to specific recipients via email. Administrators can schedule upcoming evaluations on the assessment calendar, add employees’ information in a built-in database, and configure access permissions to prevent data exploitation.
Using Acsendo, businesses can create individual development plans (IDPs) for employees, generate performance reports, and collaborate on succession planning strategies to manage available roles. Staff members can streamline self-evaluation processes by uploading evidence files in various formats including PDF, JPEG, DOCX, DOC, TXT, XLS, ZIP, and more.
