Pros

One of the best feature of this software is that it allows you to download a plug-in to your browser, so that way one can multitask will effectively helping customers.
Speeds up outbound dialing exponentially and when we first got it it worked seamlessly. Ease of use and has a good amount of reporting tools and features that make doing statistics a breeze.
From the very first day I started using Five9 I was amazed by how this software can do for you, it is very user-friendly and most of all their support team is very helpful.

Pros

The existing omni-channel function is great, but I was impressed that you could use CallySquare to create a new solution.
An excellent solution for managing the customer relationship.
The team is really reactive and ready to help. The price is really interesting when you look about all the functionnality included on.

Cons

Each time customer service was contacted, no matter the issue, we were always told it was user error, computer error, or internet error.
But, if I did have to say one negative thing it would be that sometimes my headset disconnects. Maybe its a computer problem vs the software.
The system is, sadly, a huge pain on the admin and user side. Even as an admin, you had to call to make the smallest change.

Cons

When doing multi-tenant customer support, it is a bit confusing when the number of queues increases, as there are places where it is difficult to visually identify which tenants (queues) are accessed.
They still don't have an iOS app and they already have for it Android. Initially we got confused about the difference between users and agents, but that is not an issue anymore.
Missing features that must be developed. Many requests for support from our customers because not easy to use.
