I liked this tools because anybody who have not used this tool can easily learn in couple of days - Ease of use
Sometimes its fails to sync the leads properly with the CRM and it causes the misalignment b/w CRM and HubSpot

All our sales pipelines are on Hubspot. It's really good because we can connect with Hubspot CRM and automate most of our process.
Hubspot is really complete and it has an amazing API which you can connect almost any app to it. All our sales pipelines are on Hubspot Sales, and it does an awesome job.
Hubspot does really have a lot of good features and is the best software out there, but the price is really expensive. Sometimes we consider moving away from it just to lower some of our costs.

HubSpot CRM is great, and is perfect for small businesses. Only problem is permissions and profiles are limited - which means that ultimately if you want to grow your business and use HubSpot CRM - be prepared to switch CRM at some point in the future.

We've have used if for a couple months now and I can boldly say our clients have the best customer support.
It is pretty seamless to use if you have used a similar CRM or Sales management platform before.
HubSpot is okay, just that compared to other CRM platforms, their email capabilities fall a little bit short.

I experience has been pretty positive I have used it a number of times when working with other companies and have found it pretty easy and intuitive to use.
I would rate Hubspot for its CRM its user-friendly interface, integrations, customizable features, strong support and community, robust contact and company management, free accessibility, automation capabilities, and performance tracking and analysis.
I would say the negative aspects of Hubspot CRM are, the need for paid plugins, and complicated pricing structure.

As with the entire Hubspot suite of tools, their Hubspot Sales has a range of really great tools that can really help with your sales processes. It syncs directly into their CRM and marketing tools which means there's end-to-end oversight and management of all of your processes, which is really helpful and time-saving.
It's only useful if you take advantage of the Hubspot CRM and the real benefits come into play when you use the entire Hubspot suite. Their CRM is very good, especially as a free CRM tool but there are many limitations compared to more advanced competitor CRM products on the market, and it might not be suitable for your specific business - so definitely check this before making a decision.

I first used the Hubspot free version until my company decided to switch from Netsuite to Hubspot for our CRM. I didn't realize how much more Hubspot could do until I had the paid version. I have used 5+ CRMs and Hubspot is by far my favorite.
Easy to use. Very intuitive even for the non-technical savvy user. Ability to create custom scheduling links to send to prospects. Ability to integrate with numerous other programs to really streamline your workflow and save you time! Ability to create beautiful email templates. Ability to create links to documents, videos, images, and more to embed into emails. Get open rates, click rates, time viewed, etc. App for smartphones for easy on-the-go access. App also helps you log incoming and outgoing calls when related to a contact. Easily track sales pipeline on an interactive dashboard. Automatically logs events and emails through linked calendars and email inboxes. Can launch calls from site and app, log type of call, and record the call!
I don't really have any complaints or cons with HubSpot itself. I would love the app to be able to do a little more, like create/edit/add a quote.

As long as your business pricing isn't super complicated, sales hub allows business to integration all customer information into one place. It's a great customer experience which is well worth the money if you can afford it.
Great thing about Hubspot is you can start with a CRM, and take that data to expand to other products in the suite
Sequence can be a bit tricky and limited in functions sometimes. I wish I had more triggers like their marketing automation tool. For example, it'd be great to have if/then function in the sales automation

HubSpot Sales CRM is a great tool for tracking sales opportunities, automating sales processes, and staying up-to-date on all sales actions.
HubSpot is great for tracking deals and sales opportunities in many different ways. As a user for my professional job, I have also adopted HubSpot Sales Hub for my personal business.
Some difficulties with open text fields when creating email templates and sequences. This is a feature that would make the dynamic components of templates much better.

I like hubspot for most of my CRM, sales and marketing solutions. It's a great option for medium to large businesses due to price
The add ons are expensive for a small business. There are plenty of free options available in several different solutions that can get you close to the hubspot one stop shop

Overall, happy with Hubspot. We can interact with each other within the CRM as to not step on each others toes. We came from a different CRM and it turned out to be a great choice.
I like the ease of the program. It helps me stay on track, I love the daily sales task reminders. The email integration is nice so that I can track emails outside of the CRM as 90%^ of my day-to-day is done through my business email. Lots of good attributes to keep a sales person on task.
It can be a little confusing at times when setting a sales flow. There are a lot of steps not required in my industry so they can kind of get jumbled, and dont always relate to the steps that I need to take for freight allocation with new customers.

If you are currently using excel or any other non CRM software to track your prospects, STOP. Switch to Hubspot! You won't be sorry.
I was previously using Excel to track prospects. It was working although it was VERY time consuming. Then I discovered Hubspot! Life has never been better! I have all my prospects in one place. I can track the correspondence I have with each prospect and set follow up reminders. It's all in one place and the history of the account is easy to review.
I use the free version, which does not include the email campaign feature which is a bummer. But you get a lot for the free version, including dashboards for pipeline evaluation, which is great.

Not at the moment.
End-to-end sales automation with reminders and custom created email templates. Email templates can be shared with team members, pipeline sync with CRM and tracking.
Hubspot should create a team that helps new CRM users to keep learning and uses best practices, There must be a team who keep tracking ROI and share with the buyer.

I was with another CRM for years which took me forever to learn. When I started using HubSpot it took me only about a day to get the hang of it.
Easier to use than previous CRM for a lot less. Does everything we need and integrates with slack which is important.
Too many sales and marketing emails until I turned that off in my preference center. Other than that the CRM is great.

We use Hubspot for multiple things. However, for a CRM system, it's much easier to use and teach than most other CRM systems. I think for sales reps, it's simple enough to use and it's helpful to have the marketing tools partnered with it that are simple.
I personally prefer Hubspot for Sales over marketing any day. For a CRM it's much more user-friendly than that of Salesforce or Sugar. It's easy to connect to your emails to track progress of leads and if you really dive into it, then there's a lot of features to make your overall sales process easier like workflows, segmented lists, etc.
Uploading documents can get lost in deals, contact, or company. If you're missing a contact for a company, things can get messy. They also do a lot of updates which causes the site to crash a lot.

Our company used the hubspot sales crm tool to connect with potential new software clients. There is a browser and email plugin that can be super helpful with logging people directly and recalling information
The system felt somewhat clunky and was not super user friendly. While you were able to access everything you needed, it was not the greatest way to pull up info in a timely manner.

As agency partners, we use and recommend HubSpot, and have been using the whole growth stack for a around 3 years. With Hubspot we now have a fully integrated platform that it used by all members of the company across all teams - aligning sales and marketing. With HubSpot sales everyone in the business - not just sales -gains clarity on what's in the pipeline, what the priorities are, how qualified...
Easy to use, good range of integrations, closed loop reporting, good training and support - clarity on responsibility for all our team across departments.
Not much - it would be nice to see a few more integrations with other CRM and sales platforms, and other 3rd party tools like chat, but there are always new updates such as these being rolled out by HubSpot.

Hubspot customer service has been very good. Despite the small issues, for what I'm paying they're the best thing I've found and I've found it to be a very important tool.
Having email sequencing working with the contacts in my Hubspot CRM has been a VERY valuable tool. I've found that my open rates soar at the third email in the sequences. Having unlimited sales templates is a huge time saver. The Activity Feed helps me know when emails have been opened and when links have been clicked.
There are a few glitches. For instance, when I send and receive email from clients via Outlook the activity is supposed to be logged into the contact's record in Hubspot CRM. I've found this doesn't always work. I use both my business and personal email accounts in Outlook. The Outlook Hubspot plugin connects with both and there's no way to stop it from working with my personal account. The result is that I have to manually tell it not to enter a personal email into the CRM, which is a pain.

Hubspot is a robust CRM that can take SMB sales operations a long way. Keeps things simple and easy to use. For advance sales analytics and marketing automation you may have to look for additional tools.
Intuitive, easy to use, and it is effortless to customize. Hubspot sales and marketing modules complement effectively with each other. Workflows features allow to automate marketing efforts, allowing to scale operations smoothly. It integrates smoothly with Gmail suite products, and mainstream business tools.
It does not count with advance lead scoring tools. Lead interaction tracking is limited. Workflow automation faces the same problem. As you start sophisticating your sales and marketing operations Hubspots tools may start falling short.

I have realized significant sales growth and results from using HubSpot.
HubSpot CRM and Sales Hub make it very easy to stay organized. I work with businesses across the US and the world, so having the organization build in with HubSpot like the tasks, reminders, website views, and other features helps me to manage such a large territory. The integration of LinkedIn Sales Navigator also helps to save time from switching to different platforms. I also follow the HubSpot Sales Blog, which provides me with new ideas for my efforts.
Sometimes, there are features that don't work correctly, but HubSpot is always quick to notify users of those outages and gets a solution together quickly.

The integration of Sales Hub with HubSpot CRM creates a seamless connection, consolidating all customer and prospect information into a centralized database. This integration guarantees that our sales teams have comprehensive visibility into our contacts, communication history, deals, and interactions. As a sales representative, this integration empowers me to deliver personalized experiences to prospects and customers, thereby improving the overall quality of our interactions.
There may be certain limitations when it comes to customizing and creating distinct sales pipeline stages or intricate workflows. Advanced customization options might necessitate technical knowledge or the use of higher-tier subscription plans.

HubSpot is great for any financial sector. Its Sales Hub solves problems by reducing errors and mistakes. I spent less time involved in making reports and updating excel sheets. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to run an organization efficiently.
Hubspot helps with keeping track of all your sales. It's a complete CRM software that caters to marketing, data management, and the overall running of the organization. It helps increase the whole sales approach with filtering features that make analysis easier. It helps with management, which results in fewer errors and wasted time. The interface is user-friendly and very easy to learn. Unlike other software companies, HubSpot has an excellent customer support team to help with queries. It's a great tool for any sales development rep, and I've found it most helpful to customize my tasks by queue and set notifications to alert me to tasks as they arise.
There is not much to hate. Although I must mention the price can be slightly lower. So the software is accessible to everyone who needs it. Using third parties is time-consuming and exhausting. Improvements to the quotation feature would also be helpful.
