Novara Flex software also includes a powerful learning management system with optional access to a comprehensive library of customizable training topics. With the integrated lesson builder, safety managers create online training material by adding headings, text, videos, images, and quizzes. Reporting tools let managers track training completion and send notifications of past due or expiring training.
Using Novara Flex, businesses can scan QR codes to access employees' profile pages to view details such as contact information, training status, upcoming work anniversaries, assigned assets, location, and more.
