What is LawBillity?
LawBillity is a cloud-based software designed to help attorneys and law firms manage legal time, billing, utilization rates, and more on a unified portal. The platform enables organizations to track lawyers’ billable and non-billable hours and create and export invoices into LEDES or LSS electronic billing formats.
LawBillity includes expense tracking functionality, which allows law professionals to create custom expense categories, capture and attach receipts’ images to matters, and use predefined Uniform Task Based Management System (UTBMS) codes to record costs. It offers a host of features such as a client portal, automatic reminders, timesheets, conflict checker, GPS tracking, automated overtime calculation, geofencing, offline access, and more. Lawyers can submit and monitor leaves and work hour requests to supervisors or managers via Android and iOS devices.
LawBillity lets administrators generate reports to gain insights into metrics related to the performance of firm, staff, clients, and matters. It also supports integration with various third-party applications including QuickBooks, InvoiceTracker, and LawPay.
