What is Metadata?

Metadata is an account-based marketing (ABM) automation solution designed to help businesses streamline processes for managing promotion strategies using targeted advertisements and email campaigns. The platform comes with an artificial intelligence (AI)-based demand generation engine, which allows managers to improve digital content using A/B testing and data segmentation.

Metadata enables users to run marketing campaigns based on various metrics such as online clicks, target audience, promotional channels, collateral, and content type. The solution offers a host of features including multivariate testing, advertisement tracking via tags and pixels, lead enrichment, reporting, attribution, geofencing, and more. It lets marketers create lists of companies and contacts to target, as well as the ability to optimize lead conversion workflows using buyer intent data, user demographics, and firmographic data sources.

Metadata includes a centralized dashboard, which allows account managers to view active campaigns, ad spends, cost per opportunity, impressions, and marketing experiments. Plus, the campaign creator enables users to drag and drop various elements such as images, headlines, eBooks and whitepapers to run personalized advertisements across Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. It integrates with various third-party applications including Salesforce, HubSpot, Bombora and Marketo.
