The solution serves organizations of all sizes and industries, and meets both state and federal email compliance requirements. The platform enables users to safely send social security and credit card numbers, business contracts, and sensitive documents, and includes solutions for secure mobile email, encrypted email API, and large file transfer. NeoCertified’s email solution facilitates the sending and receiving of encrypted email, whether from a laptop, or mobile device. All files and documents sent or received remain protected throughout the entire encryption process. Once logged in, users are able to set expiration dates on messages, enable read-receipt notifications, email reminders, and unread message alerts. The secure service is compliant with both state and federal regulations, including GLBA, SOX, HIPAA, and SEC. Users can send confidential large files, including documents, videos, or images of up to 1GB, directly from the desktop. Users can send and receive secure emails directly from their Outlook account, or from NeoCertified’s secure cloud portal. The solution is compatible with the latest Microsoft Outlook versions. When a recipient receives an encrypted email, they will be directed to the solution's secure portal to reply. Outlook 365 encryption enables users to compose, send, and receive secure messages directly from Outlook 365, and ensures that all critical data is transmitted and stored safely. Organizations are able to track, retract, and audit all sent emails. NeoCertified’s secure mobile portal is optimized for both convenience and protection, facilitating the sending of secure messages from laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. The platform’s “secure briefcase” temporarily houses private documents while on the go. The secure email API enables businesses to access the email service from their existing business application. NeoCertified’s Customer Connect solution provides users with an HTML encrypted contact form that enables secure conversations with anyone inside of an organization.
