What is OpenTouch Enterprise Cloud?

OpenTouch Office Cloud is a hosted customizable bundle of applications for cloud services, datacenter transformation as well as voice and unified communications that scale with the
needs of small to medium-sized businesses. It requires no on-site communication server hardware deployment or support and offers its community of users the flexibility to communicate across devices and locations via a single unified communication platform.

OpenTouch Office Cloud integrates email, IM, video, audio, and application-sharing with a full range of mobile and tablet applications including OpenTouch Conversation for Android. Users have a single number to reach all of their devices and can seamlessly transition from one to the other. With PIMphony, an employee can initiate a conversation from the road and move the conversation to a desk phone once he or she reaches the office, without interruption. Ad hoc video conferencing allows users to hold live multi-party conferences via desk phone or mobile and simultaneously IM, email or share visual materials.

OpenTouch Office Cloud provides end-to-end call management where users can set a professional greeting with intelligent and automatic call routing to the relevant department. Routing functionality includes call overflow capabilities and out-of-office solutions including customized voice mail.
