What is PhoneIQ?

PhoneIQ is a call center software and cloud phone system that runs on Salesforce from any device and can be accessed from anywhere across the globe by sales and customer service teams. It enables features like call handling, system management, and advanced analytics through a company’s existing CRM tool within Salesforce, connects with international customers, and syncs the entire customer team’s activity with the Salesforce database.

PhoneIQ captures every service rep’s customer interaction, speeds up dialing with click to dial, and always displays the right caller information thanks to its screen pop feature. Using IVR technology, it routes callers to relevant representatives, such as leads, account owners, and case owners. It monitors KPIs, tracks outcomes, records calls, places callers on hold, and coaches reps using monitor, whisper, and barge features. It also enables companies to keep their existing telephony infrastructure and telecom provider.
