Moreover, since Plek is available as a native mobile application on iOS and Android, users can collaborate on the go.
Designed to encourage productive collaboration, Plek equips users with different communicative features such as messages, news and chat. With Plek, users can post group messages complete with images, videos or documents, @mention colleagues directly or chat one-to-one. In order to manage communication efficiently, Plek enables users to create and control their own social profile. Besides individual profiles, users can form open or closed groups within which members can share relevant content, updates and comments.
Other important features facilitated by Plek include global search, notification configuration and event planning. While Plek’s global search technology enables users to locate profiles, documents or posts quickly, Plek’s calendar functionality allows users to plan group or public events effectively. By permitting users to configure their own notifications and push messages, Plek ensures members receive updates on the most relevant and appropriate information.
