Managers can run reports on their team, with high-level summaries and one-click drill-down into any individual.
Administrators can search every call across the cluster, with technical detail such as MOS, jitter, latency, and packet loss for troubleshooting.
Reporting goes well beyond a basic call log. VoIP Detective includes team reports, inbound and outbound reports, hunt-group and shared-line reporting (showing who answered, plus unanswered, abandoned, and voicemail calls), busy-hour analysis for staffing, network-quality troubleshooting, gateway utilization for capacity planning, endpoint utilization to reclaim unused device licenses, client matter code reporting for billing calls to client accounts, and CUBE analytics. Results are easy to read, with interactive graphs, and many reports export to CSV, XLSX, and PDF.
VoIP Detective deploys as a self-hosted virtual machine in your own environment — on VMware, Nutanix, Proxmox, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Linux KVM — so your call data never leaves your network. Most teams are up and running in about 30 minutes: you simply add VoIP Detective to your phone system as a billing/CDR destination and records begin flowing in.
Pricing is simple and transparent. The free Lite version runs indefinitely (it's not a trial) with no limit on users or devices, covering CUCM, Webex, and Teams reporting.
