“Having valid inbound Caller ID data is almost as important as the call itself. It allows us to more effectively assist the caller and ensure that repeat callers do not have to wait in a call queue multiple times, should a call get dropped, etc. VoIP.ms provides good Caller ID and Caller ID Name info for nearly all of our calls. Likewise, VoIP.ms reliably transmits our outbound Caller ID on all of our calls.
