Until it stopped working, having telephony seamlessly work across devices from the traditional handset phone on my desk, to the desktop app on my laptop to the app on my mobile phone was very convenient.

Sometimes when you are trying to get information from their billing department, they seem to be unable to provide it.  

It was easier to reach more customers with the Vonage integration suite using the click to dial feature and texting that was done through my Moving Software.

The admin portal could be managed better and the categories on the website are a bit confusing to navigate so maybe that could be reordered and renamed to make it easier to reach the desired page.

The salesperson originally promised that they could make the Clio integration work on a test account. When the test account would not work, the sales engineer told the salesperson to make it work but the salesperson wanted to set up a "Proof of Concept" POC at no cost to was because she thought there's a problem with her test account.

Customer support is good; reps are pro-active and helpful and will go out of their way to find you a solution.

It is inconvenient to be unable to read every text messages received and to have to call the Vonage central user for assistance every time.

This appears to be more of an operational issue than a personnel issue.

Also Getting in touch with support is not as easy as other company's.  

I used Vonage for 2.5 years in Moving, and I felt no "slow season", the ease of it's use through 2 companies kept my income level steady and high.

There are various roles provided that allow different levels of access to make configuration adjustments with the Trunk, DID's, Auto Attendants, forwarding, etc.

Customer support has been of little help, as they claim that no other users are experiencing this issue, even though I pointed out to them that there are users with the identical complaint on the Vonage tech support site.

It has not been great - we have been loyal customers and increased licences however when we tried to reduce them again, they still charge us for the additional licences over 6 months later, and no response from them at all.

Terrible customer support who make you go through their clunky chat app to accomplish anything, and even then do not help you.
