I love love love this product. It is helping me communicate with customers in other countries easily.
Their customer service is useless and has not fixed the issue. I have asked them to provide me with the code to port my phone number, they have ignored my request.
The voicemail system and call forwarding features are really good. I feel this is similar or pretty much the same to the equivalent products on the market.
Unfortunately I get many spam calls on my regular cell number because it is listed on the web. By changing to a Ring 4 number I am able to block all these spam calls.
Enables control & retention over team numbers. Call quality is excellent.
I find that the app does not always ring through when I get a call. I usually notice that I have missed a call when I see there is a voice mail.
Super easy to use on Mac platforms. Easy to message back and forth between clients.
Doesn’t sync bt apple products with same iTunes accounts - annoying when you have multiple team members using software and moon can see evidence of what other are doing.
Works perfectly and very easy to use and setup.
Great if your a one person operation sending texts but don’t want to give out to people your personal number. If you have more than one person needing to text it won’t work for you.

It's easy to use and very intuitive. The call reception and software is a wonderful tool that helps our team complete daily tasks.
The website was very bad for most of the time we used it. They did upgrade it toward the end of our time using them, but it still fell short of other platforms we tested or what we now use.
We like how much easier it is to do everything on the computer instead of the phone. Thank you for providing a software solution that is easy to use and makes the process simple and trackable.
We think ultimately the company and product didn't head in the direction we were lead to expect and deadlines were frequently overstated and missed.
This company is very easy to work with. Response times are almost immediate and they are great at follow up.
The design is not very intuitive; it takes a while of using the software to understand how to use it. It also lags sometimes, which *can* cause calls to bump from one agent to the next.
The support team at Evolve IP is very good and usually resolves cases within an hour.
They make promises to "escalate" your tickets but then sweep them under the rug and never call you back. So you have to start all over again the next day wasting hours of busy business owners time.

The tool set for administering ECS is extremely difficult to navigate. It seems to be built on older technology.
Queue is simple and easy for agents to use, accessing custom reports on demand through Broadworks is very helpful.

The Noble Suite offers a great solution in many areas for our business. I love that Noble is always trying to get ahead of the needs and stay on an innovative track.
Its is a very frustrating system to learn initially, and it very expensive compared to other dialers.
With Noble Systems, you can manage your contact center (inbound and outbound dialing), it is a very good CRM solution and they have great customer service.
Inability to schedule reports and export in a format we can use. Crystal viewer is the only platform which we cannot support.
The user interface is great. Some of the game functionality like duals were attractive.
Took me too long to finish and the page crushed, had to redo the whole thing.
Our experience has been good overall. Noble has been responsive to our needs.
I would recommend this dialer to anyone but I would warn of the sticker shock pricing.
I appreciate knowing they are listening. I also appreciate the support we get from the Noble team.
We had no such issues with our previous dialer. Maintenance is also a nightmare.
There is a good mix from them doing what Noble needs with what JM/SETF needs.
The ability to manage and administrate changes in house is a time saving feature and allows for cost saving to pass along to our clients. The reports are top notch and easy to use.

Overall, I love having ParentSquare as our unified communication tool. Families know to look for important information on ParentSquare.
As a parent using this, this platform is a mess. Was difficult to install, has not synced my kids’ information correctly, and I can’t edit anything.
I like that they have an app or can use it on my computer. I just hope they make the photo feature easier to use and less clunky.
It's very frustrating that it's not easier to find past messages( from months ago) from a specific person.
Overall, it is a great tool and I enjoy using it.
Things can be buried and if you only use them once a year, it's hard to remember where it's buried.

Sometimes call transfer can be a little buggy. Incoming calls suffer from intermittent lag, with users phones ringing at different times.
I like the simpleness of their user interface, it is very easy to use. Their integration is the best, I was able to integrate it with my favorite CRM software.
I had to follow up with the customer service team on multiple occasions to find out whether the problem was being looked into or not.
I also like that I can connect it directly with my ZOHO crm. I also love that the price is very affordable compared to most other phone apps.
They're all small niggles really. The text messaging system is a bit clunky and currently has no notifications enabled.
I use their service to run my business from home with ease and comfort, it also has helped me to save a lot of money that other companies are taking with the same functionality.
Fortunately someone got back to me eventually but it was frustrating that I had to chase for a response.
