We have virtually eliminated all paper in our service offices. Documents can be scanned/sent to Worldview directly and provides us the ability to attach into our EMR very quickly. We can centralize the role of attachment processing -- ensuring high quality attachments that meet our compliance standards. We eliminated portions of FTEs from across the organization realizing budget savings, not to mention that fewer documents are misplaced, documents are filed timely, and less physical file space is required in our locations.
Worldview's software has been flexible enough to meet our growing volume and our evolving needs. We feel that Worldview's management team has been a partner in our needs and listens to our concerns about new product offerings. In particular, Worldview solved a compliance concern that our EMR didn't want to address. Worldview has allowed us the flexibility to adapt items to our changing organizational structure without any hiccups. Worldview's customer service has been excellent compared to other vendors we have worked with. Worldview apologizes if an issue takes longer than a few hours to resolve and keeps us informed along the way.
The functionality works but not necessarily in an elegant-looking solution; this can turn off newer users.

Overall, we enjoy working with Worldview and all of their team. Our Account Manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is amazing! She provides frequent communication and ensures our questions, requests and concerns are taken care of.
We use Worldview on a daily basis. We are able to get through our faxes more efficiently, which saves employees valuable time. We can fax directly from WV, mark orders as signed, start a referral and much much more using Worldview. The integration was easy and most importantly worldview worked with us to tailor to our needs.
Worldview is pretty easy to navigate through. Improvement needed would be with the reporting/dashboards.

WV has allowed us an efficient way to index faxed and scanned documents into our EMR and saves us some manual steps.
Setup and use of the product is easy. It give us an efficient way to attach documents into our EMR. Customer Support is very responsive.
Sometimes the OCR doesn't read correctly and that creates manual steps to index documents from the error queues.
