The CX platform combines digital assistant and intelligent process automation to deliver personalized interactions.

Administrators can personalize customer journeys with an intuitive journey builder studio, AI & NLP-powered conversational engine, live and virtual agent support, campaign management, and omnichannel experiences in multiple languages. The Twixor Master module helps businesses with centralized monitoring, automated billing, and consumption management. It offers an application programming interface (API) that lets stakeholders integrate the system with WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, RCS or Google Business Messages, and more.

Features of the Twixor AIM module include omnichannel journey builder, hybrid agent assist, dynamic rich cards, progressive web apps, campaign manager, AI analytics, rich media and in-line forms, and NLP-powered interactions. Twixor Compute provides data management for actionable big data insights, business process management suite, and system integration for legacy systems.

Other modules include Twixor Voice IVR, Twixor AI-NLP Predictive Analytics, and Twixor Rich Cards.
