Alert escalations can be set to keep everyone updated in real time, utilizing multiple channels across phone, email, SMS messaging, and third-party integrations with Slack and PagerDuty. Additionally, the Uptrends 2.0 app for iOS, Android and Windows Phone also supports on-the-fly monitoring with color-coded status updates, push notifications, and more.
