StatusHub includes a traffic light system, which enables IT professionals to display issues and send update notifications to subscribers via email, SMS, Twitter, Slack, Microsoft Teams or webhooks in real-time. It offers a host of features such as custom subdomain with SSL, maintenance scheduling, off-site hosting, website embedding, and more. Administrators can use customizable templates to create incidents and maintenance tasks, and track upcoming events using the service history calendar.

The CSV import tools in StatusHub lets managers add subscribers and configure notification channels for sending reminders. It also supports integration with various third-party applications including PagerDuty, Pingdom, Uptime Robot, Okta, Zendesk, Opsgenie, VictorOps, and more.
