BugTracker provides a clear overall view of ongoing bugs, that prevents users from adding duplicate bug reports.
BugTracker can be customised in many ways. User interface is clear, fast and easy to use.
Finnish translation would be nice, but not a show stopper in our in-house use.

My company FINALLY adopted some project/bug tracking software after 2 failed, previous attempts. Love Zoho.
My entire company LOVES using Zoho Projects/Bug-Tracker. We had previously used JIRA and were pulling our hair out trying to customize it with some simple workflows. I usually excel at that sort of thing but we did not seem to get along. Next I found Zoho and from the trial through today, they're amazing. It's easy to customize anything, the pricing is great, the support is fantastic and very responsive. They do regular updates and explain everything so you can jump on any new features right away. I HIGHLY recommend Zoho Projects/Bug Tracker.
Occasionally we run into an issue with a complex project where we'll need more custom fields to be able to add to it and have to be a little creative.

Good UI, and the best workflow of the bugs lifecycle. generating timesheet is also the best feature we liked.
Storage limits. Apart from that this tool is good ans easy to adopt.

Great experience, helps keeping an accurate record for each area on its own tools.
It establishes a link between Support and Projects areas in our Company: The tickets that our Support area receives through Zoho Desk are sometimes a problem or an issue that relates to a specific project either active or completed by our Projects Area which uses Zoho Projects to keep a record of all projects. In this case the attention of this ticket is often provided by our Projects area, and each...
When you register the time spent on the attention for a Bug in Zoho Projects, it doesn't automatically updates de time registers of the linked ticket over Zoho Desk

Zoho has a unique ability to look at problems and create solutions for companies from a workflow point of view. They don't develop products which are half thought and/or applicable to one industry. They TRULLY create SOLUTIONS. The zoho bugtracker is a perfect example of such a solution. This solution allows you create a webform which is connected to the client side to help collect issues. Then in the dashboard assign users, projects and tasks. Track the progress and let the client track it all along the way. And this is probably only 18% of its full capabilities.
The only thing I would like to see is the webform pick up the URL automatically.

Have been using Bug Tracking Tools last 7 Months it got way easier to manage and plan new product updates. You can easily divide between new product updates and bug fixes.
Zoho's technical support is not helpful whatsoever, Little expensive and there is no mobile apps. Overall not much to complain

We are troubleshooting problems that occur in a big new site that we are designing.
It is very easy to use by different teams to track the project. It is very easy to track accountability (who/what on a timely basis).It helps organize the severity of the bugs thus helping the timely and efficient debug process.
Free version doesn't allow more than 3 email addresses.

I use it regularly and never felt anything lacking in this app. It is loaded with powerful features. I have been using it for more than two years and not paid a penny yet. It's free for small teams but pleasantly exceeds your expectations.
Though nothing much to complain, the look and feel is a bit too functional. Would love interesting bits in design here and there.

Very fast custom views and a user-friendly dashboard to manage bugs. the feature I liked the most is their kanban view of the portal it gives ease of use in tracking bugs. Increases the productivity with predefined privileges for every user and hierarchy.
It is on the little pricey side than other bug tracking solutions. Doesn't have the mobile app. It doesn't provide the mobile app.

As a software house, I have been for searching for a long time for a cloud solution to have all operations integrated into one: Project Management, Issues/Bugs Tracking, Help Desk for Customers with SLA, Receiving issues from customers via various channels (email and through support portal), Timesheets management. I wanted all that to be available at a reasonable price. I found that at Zoho Bugtracker
Ability to be to track administrative time (non-projects time) in timesheets and have it integrated with Zoho People (HR system) for marking holidays and vacations on the timesheet

We needed software to allow us to identify problems with configurations to our clients.
There are many tools that allow you to capture bugs and issues. Zoho Bug Tracker is one of the very few that is easy to use, and to the point. The clutter is kept to a minimum and it is efficient to use.
There is nothing really negative, however it would be nice to have a custom URL for accessing the Bug Tracker.

This add in has assisted us greatly with the communication between our support staff and our development staff. The built in features, like bug severity, reproducibility, etc are all items we were missing prior to finding this solution.
The features at the bug-level that allow you to drill down to the cause, the reproducibility, the impact on our client, and even the connection with the CRM to see exactly what client or parent organization were impacted have been incredibly helpful. The integration with projects was a key component that set this apart from other solutions.
I truly don't have any cons at this time. (Aside from my consistent feedback that Zoho's technical support is not helpful whatsoever) Everything about this add in is easy to use

An easy Bug Data Base that is intuitive and easy to use
