What is 360dialog?

360dialog is a messaging iPaaS solution and an official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP). 360dialog provides a WhatsApp Newsletter solution for Enterprises with marketing automation and a WhatsApp analytics platform. Moreover, the Official BSP offers a partnership program that enables Independent software vendors (ISVs) and software developers to add the WhatsApp Business API to their business offerings.

360dialog offers competitive flat-fee pricing for WhatsApp Business API accounts.

360dialog's WhatsApp Business API enables users to connect WhatsApp with another application, build chatbots, or integrate it with third-party applications. 360dialog's API is compatible with many CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, and more), automation solutions (i.e. Zapier), and omnichannel messaging solutions provided by partners or independent software vendors. 360dialog's WhatsApp API also enables the deployment of a shared WhatsApp Inbox that gives access to multiple users.

Regional hosting within Google Cloud and Yandex Cloud is available.

Enterprises or Independent software vendors that want to provide WhatsApp access to their end users can join 360dialog's partnership program and get access to our Partner API, and Partner hub which enables tracking new signups and API statuses.

The WhatsApp Business API from 360dialog is developer-friendly and compliant with the original WhatsApp Business API documentation.

Developers can test the WhatsApp Business API with 360dialog's sandbox or test environment by sending messages and templates and receiving a Webhook.

3 main objects can be received through webhooks:

1. messages: Used to notify users when they get a new message and what is in the new message.

2. statuses: Used to notify users when there's a status change in a message that has been sent.

3. errors: When any out-of-band errors occur in the normal operation of the application, this array describes the error.
