The system includes features such as a customer journey map, data visualization, scorecarding, and training courses to ensure teams are up to date on all aspects of a customer's experience with their product. The solution provides multiple customer data projection options such as graphs, reports, map views, scorecards, and more that gives team members more information on every customer. In addition, the customer journey map allows for proper documentation of a customer's experience that can be compared to pre-set goals and viewed by multiple departments.
CFN Insight provides an action-oriented system, which lets users create action scorecards that individually tracks each task related to the customer. The Actions tab allows managers to assign tasks to sales and CS teams across the company while documenting each interaction in one centralized location.
