Overall very positive. The cost is very competitive and most of our divisions and departments are actually paying less through Emma than they were with services like Constant Contact (we do cost-sharing).

Excellent enterprise email marketing

They have no phone number on anything. From web page to email footers to invoices. 

If you care about customer service, then this is not the company for you. 

They say they are worth it because of customer support... Not True

First of all, the interface is simple, intuitive and easy to navigate, which is ideal for me. The pre-designed templates are also very attractive, and it's easy to customize and adapt them to my needs.

I've used Emma for years now and I like it just fine, I wish that scheduling campaigns was slightly easier and I would like to have more creative ability with the drag and drop editor but all in all, it is a solid email campaign app.

I had great customer service and it has met my needs. The platform is extremely easy to use but I wish it was a little bit more sophisticated on adding new contacts into automated campaigns.

Good platform for email and landing pages

Overall, Emma is certainly on par with most of the well-known email marketing management platforms and has good insights and customization options. I only advise that you pay close attention to your contract.

Decent Platform, but Beware the Extra Fees

Great. No complaints. System works as advertised, allows us to use more advance features and integrations and the always available call in customer service is very helpful when needed.

Great ESP for Enterprise Level

Overall, I prefer Emma over the other options I have been presented with. Emma allows you to show the content in a way in which users prefer to consume it. The statistics of the email campaigns is also a huge pro to the Emma platform.

We had an issue with a part of our email automation API call with our signup process and the team at campaign monitor responded extreamly fast and fixed the issue by COB.

Their automation is great and by far my favorite thing of the software. I haven't used any of their email templates, though since I just import my HTML emails into the software.

I LOVE campaign monitor! It's by far the cheapest, best and more features available. Many people haven't heard of them since it tends to be a MailChimp dominated market, but just give them a try! You won't regret it

Robust newsletter software that can get pricey

Great functionality, easy to use (very intuitive) and set up, and to grow and develop email marketing programmes.  Very impressed by the Automation functionality which is streets ahead of other products on the market at this level and price point.  

A go-to winner

Good price, great segmentation options, easy to interpret data, easy to design emails.  

Paid email marketing is simply better than free.

I don't use the platform super often, so I don't have to deal with new designs frequently. If I did, I don't think I would to use this software as much.
