What is LeadsPedia?

LeadsPedia is a web-based performance marketing platform which allows users to capture, validate, and deliver leads, manage affiliates, track and route inbound calls, view real-time reports, and more. Users can select from multiple revenue and payout models for use with affiliates, including PPA (pay per action), PPC (pay per click), PPL (pay per lead), PPM (pay per thousand impressions), fixed payout, and revenue share. LeadsPedia also offers various fraud prevention capabilities, such as referral URL and IP address blocking, click-to-conversion time monitoring, IP matching between clicks and conversions, and more.

LeadsPedia enables users to capture specific lead information through custom fields, which can be filtered by campaigns, offers, affiliates, or clients. Fields can be mapped based on the specific needs of their clients, to ensure leads match clients’ requirements. Duplicate check rules are customizable, with various combinations of data, including first and last name, email address, and phone number, and the ability to create rules based on the time frame in which duplicate lead generation forms are completed.

LeadsPedia includes tools for lead verification, with custom rules and data fields, for email addresses, IP addresses, street addresses, ZIP codes, area codes, and phone numbers.
Users can also set custom rules for lead validation, to remove fraudulent or invalid data, and verify relevance of phone numbers, segment leads by region using ZIP codes, and validate the relevance of products or services to specific leads. Once validated, leads can be delivered to clients through multiple methods, including email, SOAP, batch delivery, HTTP and HTTPS post, SMS, and more, and delivery can be scheduled through customizable lead routing rules, with the ability to set caps based on verticals, locations, and time frames.

They have been extremely helpful thru out relationship, always fast to respond and always over delivered.

Pros
Generating leads from various sources meant we needed a platform that could handle this. The ability to add staff logins without an increase in price was great. How versatile the selling options were was amazing, it allowed to us easier offer very customer lead solutions to our clients.

Cons
The learning curve was steep, but again the live support made this a lot less painful

We searched and viewed multiple lead management platforms, whilst none of the platforms was able to meet all 10 of our requirements, Leadspedia met 8 of the 10. Far greater than the others we had demos or trials with

Pros
Very easy to view dashboard and straightforward user interface.

Cons
The URL doesn't change when you navigate through the platform, meaning you cannot bookmark your favourite and most used pages.

After the initial overload on features, it took our team a bit of time to understand how we needed to use LeadsPedia for our specific needs. I'm sure we are only using a small portion of the features available

Pros
I haven't used any other services offering this kind of functionality, but I think that LeadsPedia is a fairly good offering. It can be overwhelming to start with, but it offers a lot of functionality. They offer good customer support for helping to onboard new teams

Cons
There are a considerable number of features which are only on the more expensive plans. I understand they are a business, so I don't hold it against them that much

This has solved so many headaches in regards to lead distribution for our company I can't even fit all the benefits we get from it into this review.

Pros
The ability invoice directly from the platform, the fact that it's "all-in-one" technology, and it's full list of features

Cons
Can be a little difficult to learn how to navigate, but once you get it down, it's much easier to navigate.
