What is Magnetic?

Magnetic is a cloud-based agency intelligence platform that helps agencies manage projects, enhance productivity amongst team members, and track workflows from end to end. The solution offers features such as project tracking, prioritization, Gantt charts, billing and invoicing, resource allocation, pipeline management, and more.

With Magnetic, agencies can manage all operations, from project allocation to client billing and invoicing. Team members are able to track all ongoing projects using the Gantt chart view, and update task progress in real time using the Kanban board style scheduler. Deadlines can be added to tasks to ensure that projects get delivered on time and to help team members prioritize their assignments. Tasks can be assigned to employees based on their availability and skills.

Magnetic also offers financial management capabilities including billing and invoicing, project financial reporting, and expense claims management. The platform offers customizable templates for documents including invoices and quotes, which can be personalized with company branding and sent to clients from within the system. Magnetic integrates with third party accounting platforms, including Pastel and Xero, to facilitate online payments.
