I really like the inbox function, easy to use interface unlike its rival Sprout which I was using previously. The ability to run reports is also a nice function, super easy to navigate.
As well as the outstanding features, it is straightforward to follow, and they have significant step-by-step tutorials on specific components to show you how it works.
I love it because it is - Saving Time for Reporting is a huge one- Improving collaboration between team members- Helps come up with ideas for content through tools that search for industry news.
The biggest problem this solves is cost. Social media, especially FB and IG where organic reach is dying or dead, the ROI for social posts is no longer there like it once was.
As a big mobile user for work, I got disappointed with the mobile view of Vista Social. It changes the format, making it difficult to check the information since it unformats the texts and graphics.
But I haven't seen it on any other platform, so YouTube might block it.

Optimal and seamless for managing your social media presence!

The AI assistant feature in Vista Social is incredibly helpful for me. It can generate captions for my social media posts in seconds, which saves me a lot of time and helps me to be more productive. Additionally, Vista Social helps me to manage my posting across all of the social media pages that I handle. This is a great way to ensure that I am consistent with my messaging and that I am reaching my target audience on all of the channels that matter.

UI and UX looks really neat! Experience has never been this better. Other social media managing tools aren’t even at par compared to Vista Social.Looking at the dashboard, seeing how the website displays analytics in a readily understandable manner. This is very efficient because as social media managers, our role is to supervise multiple accounts across all platforms. With Vista Social, it eliminates errors when scheduling social media posts!Tools are very easy to navigate and incorporated with AI. I especially love its AI assistant, which generates ideas for captions. All in all, this tool saves you time. I can save 8-10 hours/client monthly because I find everything in one place and easy to access.

Pros

I am writing this from the perspective of an SMM with over 8 years of experience, but honestly, this tool is so user-friendly that anyone can use it, no matter the size of the business or SMM knowledge. In the past years, I used over 20 different SMM tools, and I kept looking for something to have everything in one place, to provide value for money, and to be easy to integrate with other tools I use....

Cons

When using AI tools, it sometimes takes a couple of requests till it gets the grammar right in other languages but English. It took a bit to connect Instagram and FB, although I think it's also because I have over 150 pages.It would be great if they added a Twitter thread builder.

Potential for pros, but as a free users it is hard to see those benefits. Still great free product.

They are creating an up-to-date version for social media managers across all content marketing platforms. There are many social media software tools, some of which are very limited regarding how much you get on their free versions. These platforms are credibly limiting in how many brands they allow users to link to the forum. What is great for me as a small business owner social media marketing manager is that Vista Social is working on creating an all-inclusive dashboard from the free version and onwards. The best for me is that their pro version offers to link your blog posts to the platform as well. And the free version allows one to add more than one brand profile with various social media pages connected to it.

Pros

It's an up-and-coming tool for social media managers. Please note I did not use the paid version of this software. I decided to try the free version as that is one great thing they offer. As I search for the software and land on their website, I feel they have the solution to all my social media needs in a stylish package. What I did like about the experience was the various options when it came to navigating the site. It is straightforward. Overall I used the software quite quickly and without hassle. I managed to auto-schedule Facebook posts to my brand pages quite easily.

Cons

Sadly I thought that they were over-promising and sadly under-delivered. Some buttons and setting features were difficult to find. What I did find hard to figure out was why my Instagram brand pages need to be business pages. In this day and age. With Instagram constantly updating its algorithm, it is best to have Instagram pages labelled as creator pages, not businesses.

Surprisingly powerful all-in-one tool for social media managers!

As a digital marketing specialist for a small company, we don't really have a big marketing budget for tools. I stumbled across Vista Social and saw that their free version offered more for me than other platforms, and I was NOT disappointed at all!

The only thing that I personally didn't like was that I couldn't see a way to crop or edit videos. The "Use Sound" option is great for hopping onto viral TikTok trends, but I'd like the option to trim longer videos in-platform since I can do almost everything else without leaving. But, I won't be taking points off for this as the good far outweighs this one flaw.

Vista Social has all of the features I was looking for in a social media management platform at a more affordable rate than any other programs I tried. My favorite feature is the ability to assign a team member to review and approve posts. It has made collaborating with clients so much easier! We used to use Google Sheets to get client approval on posts, but this feature allows them to review all of the posts directly on the site with a click of a button. If they approve, the posts are automatically scheduled to publish, and if they reject them, they can submit direct feedback. It has saved us several hours each month and made the client experience seamless.

Cons

It's honestly hard to think of something that I dislike about the platform. The only thing that comes to mind is it was difficult to figure out the task feature. I assumed it would automatically create tasks once a post was assigned for review, but it didn't. I wasn't able to figure out how to create manual tasks either, but that might be more user error than anything else.

Superb All in One Social Media Tool

As a SMM, I've actually tried several scheduling tools and I'm looking for that one tool that is user-friendly, not hard to navigate and can link almost all of my social media pages and I found it here only on Vista Social! And one of my favorites is the ChatGPT AI Assistant, which helps me create simple captions that I can use for my content. Instead of switching to another AI platform (like copy.ai)...

Pros

First, it's very cost-effective which is a big help for start-up businesses or to the ones with small team (like me), you can get the Pro+ account in just $5 per month per profile, which is not bad especially if you have multiple profiles in different platforms. Second, the ChatGPT AI Assistant is such a brilliant idea to incorporate to a scheduling platform like this. Vista Social stands out for me because of this.Lastly, the ease of use of the scheduling feature wherein you can overview ALL the content scheduled across all platforms. Making sure that I don't miss anything especially sometimes I'm doing cross posting. This is just super amazing!

Cons

Vista Social's analytics and insights are limited at times but I totally understand it, I hope this can be fixed soon. Vista Social also have a way to change your font for your captions but once I tried it and proceed to 'undo' it, it doesn't work. Don't get me wrong the undo option perfectly works, but once you change your fonts, it wouldn't work.

I have been using Vista Social for a few months now and I am very happy with it. It is a great tool for managing multiple social media accounts from one dashboard. It has awesome scheduling and publishing features, and it also allows me to monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews from different platforms.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that sometimes the app can be a bit slow or buggy, especially when loading a lot of data or images. But this is not a major issue and it does not affect the overall performance of the tool. I hope they will fix this in the future updates.

1. I can easily post content to different social media platforms but using one platform 2. The AI feature that allows me to generate text for content is a life saver for me 3. Best Out of the Box Option I've Ever Seen

Pros

Having used darn near every social media scheduler out there, from dirt cheap to Enterprise, Vista is the best scalable social tool that I've ever seen. The scalability and flexibility of Vista are some of the primary reasons we're switching. During our free trial, we were able to set up an account at business start and have all of our clients imported over and content created before lunch. The AI tools have already helped us streamline our efforts, save time and be more efficient. This is one tool that I can already say will help us grow our business for years to come.

Cons

No real "dislikes" at this time. A few product improvements down the road I'd like to see: generate dynamic content via reviews, expansion of the Profile Group Types (e.g. "Campaigns" have a date range on them) and Scheduled posts to override the Queue.

Especially when you are managing multiple accounts from different companies, Vista Social makes it possible for me to save a tremendous amount of time. And as already mentioned - the automated reportings are my absolute favourite. It really solves my problem of keeping track of analysing and optimizing our action steps.

I love not having multiple tabs to manage all my social media profile. As I work for multiple entities, it’s great to log in on one platform all my profiles and manage everything from this place.

Pros

The interface is very user friendly, I was able to discover every tab easily and you can fin a tutorial for each tab that is very well made for beginner.I absolutely love the fact that you can answer your messages, comments and reviews on the app, which reduces tremendously your tabs on your browser and make you save a lot of time.The reports part is my favourite, I used to count everything myself and now I only have to pick my criteria to download my report within seconds.The free version is perfect for entrepreneurs but the paid version is super affordable for anyone who wants to grow on social media.Big + : no credit card needed to try their 14 days trial.

Cons

On the inbox tab comments, reviews and messages appear at the same place which is confusing. It would be nice to have a filter.Also your own comments appear which is not really necessary. I would’ve liked an option to see what timezone I want to post. As I’m working from a different country than my company, I have to really be precise about the time and it would be a good feature, I think. Each company has a different timezone.

This could be one of the most wanted Social Media Tool - Loving it

I have handled over 20+ social media accounts in my agency along with 5 team members of my company. I always wanted to streamline all our work and need to have a platform in which I had a clear 360 view of the content. This was one of the easiest and most cost-effective tools I found, which delivers the exact results I wanted. Content scheduling is pretty much straightforward forward and loved the minimalistic UI and also the options they provide. So for my team, it's straightforward work and they can work on content scheduling while I have a clear 360 view of different content calendars for each client in a single click.

Cons

I'm a newbie to the platform and currently checking out all the important features. And I'm extremely satisfied that everything I wanted was working extremely well without any bugs. It's just that I wish there was a live chatbot or even an automated chatbot to seek some assistance in clearing up a few additional pieces of information. But I hope they will add this option in near future, which would be a definite value addition.

I didn't find a way to connect Instagram profiles without using a Facebook Page attached to it, which means using my user and password. So, in my case, I had one profile that we could not link to Facebook, and I could not use it. But it is not a significant problem, as the issue is with my about.

It solves the problem of having all your social media management tools in one place, on one platform. This organisation benefits the other employees and me as we all have quick access to all the social media content. As well as this, the same content calendar.

Pros

It simply has every feature you can imagine for social media management. As well as the outstanding features, it is straightforward to follow, and they have significant step-by-step tutorials on specific components to show you how it works. It is easy to navigate around Vista Social, and everything is well organised. The registration process was easy. Just asking for your email, name, password, organisation...

Cons

I would like it if this was quicker to connect all my business social profiles. I found this took the most time out of everything. If there was any way I could insert all my social profile links for the business, it was automatically connected to all my social profiles.

I have been using Vista Social for a little over a year, and I am extremely pleased with it. It is a potent tool that has assisted me in several ways in bettering my social media marketing efforts.The first benefit of Vista Social is that scheduling and publishing posts on several social media networks is very simple. This allows me to submit new content to my social media accounts consistently while saving me a ton of time and work. Second, Vista Social gives me very useful information about my viewers. I can now produce more appropriate and interesting material, which has raised engagement and reach on my social media networks. Last, Vista Social makes it simple to monitor the results of my social media campaigns.

Pros

After creating an account on Vista Social I can confirm that I am beyond impressed with the platform performance’s. The ability to plan and schedule post across plenty of social media platforms was only possible by the easy-to-use interface, which helped me maintain a regular and well managed content calendar. It was really beneficial to be able to modify post for various platforms and have a preview of how they will look.

I highly recommend Vista Social!

For me this tool, with the listening function is very good. Not easy with all these social media content management tools already on the market, so make the difference with some extra features. The auto scheduling feature for some companies is good though I don't recommend it to my course clients.

Pros

I used already a lot of these kind of tools for social media management. What I really liked was the fact that this tool has the "listening" function in it. Also the fact that you can edit pictures is a plus ! The overall use of the tool is great so I highly recommend it for companies and brands.

Cons

One small remark what can help getting more users on the platform .... get 5 free posts. Now you have to go immediately to a paid subscription to try out some features. It's like a door sales men that rings the door and wants to walk in. Or give a one week free with all the functionalities. If the customer likes the tool and as the tool is really user friendly, they will extend their subscription easier than now.
