The cloud-based solution provides tools such as member management, visitor tracking, communications, donor management, fund accounting, child check-in, event registration, and more to help churches manage their operations online. Designed to help ministries connect with their congregation whilst also tracking donations and ensuring that administrative tasks are being carried out efficiently, IconCMO offers anywhere access to a range of features.
IconCMO can be used to manage directories, groups, attendance, membership, and more in one centralised platform. The member management features aid communication between churches and their members and allow users to see a full history of each member including past donations, attendance, and any notes. Donations can be processed and tracked within the system, with tools for printing or emailing donation statements and tracking pledges on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. IconCMO integrates with Vanco for payment processing and facilitates online donation via SMS or online. Churches can also track budgets and funds with FASB compliant revenue and expense reports. IconCMO also facilitates event scheduling and tracking, as well as childcare management with child check-in functionality.
