With Engage Process users can create dynamic process maps using the drag and drop interface and once mapped, businesses can use the system to explore, analyze, and compare different processes. To create business processes, users simply choose from a range of step types using the graphic, intuitive icons such as a telephone, computer, meeting, transport, and more, which can then be enhanced by adding additional information such as name, type, role, location, notes, descriptions, input and output. Processes can be easily edited by dragging steps to different stages of the workflow, and the Engage Process platform automatically re-formats the process accordingly.

Each view can be shown to other team members or hidden depending on where the team focus needs to be. The analysis functionality calculates process metrics automatically including lead time, service time, costs per process, and more, and multiple processes for the same task can be compared alongside each other to assess the most effective in terms of value added. Custom reports and overviews can be created which are tailored to the specific audience.
