Mobile Resource Manager’s dispatch board enables users to schedule calls by dragging-and-dropping them into available appointment slots. Single-day and multi-day appointments can be scheduled, and multiple resources can be selected per appointment. Users can customize the color-coding of appointments, and define the number of days view to suit their preferences. Multiple different dispatch boards can be created for different day views, skill sets, departments, and territories. Users can also define alerts for lateness, exceeded hours, vacation conflicts, or overlapping appointments.
Mobile Resource Manager allows users to track customer locations, equipment, service histories, quotes, proposals, and documents, and create & manage service contracts including equipment covered, warranty periods, preventative maintenance schedules, and recurring billing. Work orders can also be created, with customizable layouts, electronic signature capture, and one-step conversions into invoices. Mobile Resource Manager also integrates with a range of accounting systems, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV and GP, QuickBooks, and Job Costs’ own Visual ContrAcct solution.
