Omono is a web-based small business management platform which includes tools for customer relationship management, sales quotes, sales orders, purchasing, credit notes, stock management, and more. Users can set sales targets to track yearly, monthly, and daily performance, and generate a range of comprehensive reports. Low stock alerts are triggered automatically by sales orders, and users can view allocated stock, on order stock, 12 month usage indicators, and more. Omono also integrates with a number of other applications including Mailchimp, Xero, and Dropbox.

It's enabled me to do business on the go because it's cloud based so I can enter PO's or orders wherever I have my laptop and phone signal which nowadays, is pretty much anywhere. Workflow - I can see my shipments due and have instant access to amend those shipment details if required, so simple and done with a few clicks. The system enables you to go through the entire business process and it's a breeze.

Great overview of the business activities and which customers are buying and which are not. This is invaluable data, that is normally lost in other systems we have reviewed.Great interface, workflows can be configured to suit the needs of our business and the integration with Xero makes keeping accounts up to date easy.
