Napta enables managers to store employee details and define custom evaluation criteria for measuring the performance of employees. Team members can also highlight their skills and objectives and view available projects on a centralized dashboard.

Napta lets managers schedule training courses, define custom staffing rules, and forecast occupancy rate across various departments through reports in real-time. It also supports integration with various CRM, ERP, HRIS, and other third-party systems to facilitate single sign-on (SSO) authentication and data synchronization operations.
