Prior to ProcureDesk our purchasing system was a mess. We researched the available options and made the choice to go with ProcureDesk. The implementation process was thorough, and our contact at ProcurDesk became almost as a consultant for our purchasing process so that we better understand the extent of the different options available in the system. The training and continuing customer support is outstanding, and even our technology challenged associates were quickly able to make the switch to this ERP.

Very user friendly, great implementation process, outstanding customer service

Cons
I honestly can't think of anything that doesn't work for us with this software.

Procuredesk speed up the process for requests for quotes , at the same maintains organized the purchasing requests , orders and follow up .

Pros
Ease of use , the customer service , and set up is easy , system is useful if you get your team to use it for all inquiries and requests for products

Cons
Possibility to manually do some changes , they can be done if you contact customer service

Great customer service. Always there to help.

Pros
Love the punch-out feature for our vendors. Also love the audit trail for approvals.

Cons
Was a little hard figuring out Amazon punch-out but we solved it very quickly.
