You cant directly print a kit list or export PDF from a booking so we can print a physical kit list to help with our prep, instead we have to export an excel file with all the information and then delete the columns that are irrelevant, incredibly time consuming. When it shows the calendar view of booking availability it shows that its booked but you cant just click on the calendar and see the times and user, it just shows their e-mail in the booking which for us doesnt work as its just a student number.

as someone in IT, the ability to integrate with our environment using the built in autopilot and dell integrations is also a much appreciated feature.

The equipment signing feature is especially useful, and support is consistently responsive. While integration with Intune is helpful, data input still feels manual and some fields like RAM and processor don’t map correctly.

Love the inventory management features that also allow us to send alerts when low on items.

Reftab is geared toward assets that will be checked in/out while we use it as a way to manage customer assets that we've deployed in a permanent fashion so there have been some workarounds that we've had to implement, but the software tracking that's included more than makes up for any slight inconvenience.

Its numerous integrations with MDMs and Entra ID make it a wonderfully accurate asset management and inventory management.

Lifecycle managed is also a big benefit with reports off when a device have reached it's end of warranty.
