Two issues I have with Officewise. I have to modify scans to upload them. From color to grey scale. I feel the system should be accepting of both. I wish the system would allow modifications to an invoice, should we notice and error. In stead of having to wait for a month plus for a company to reject it.

Learning the new software was easy. It has been very functional for our purchase ordering needs. Automatically saves vendors and new products.
sometimes have challenges with saving new products in the system, or changing an existing product if it was entered incorrectly.

I enjoy being able to keep track of most things as it is always a busy day and knowing what needs to be done and when is extremly handy. The purchase order software does allow for time and money to be saved and the accounting aspect of this software works well.
If you are a bit unsure as to whether or not you'd like to actually do your accounting on this program is up to you. I find the program can make some users skeptical about their financial informains security. Rest assured I still believe myself to be in good hands and would recommend anyone with a business use this to keep all expenses in order.

I like that you're able to customize your dashboard to see the POs and approvals most relevant to you as soon as you login.
I don't like that there always has to be an item number - I deal mainly with POs for consulting services or one-time orders without specific item numbers so I usually have to make up a number for the "product" I'm purchasing
Thank you for your review. As a point of clarification you can use alpha or numeric characters for the Item ID. To avoid adding item numbers each time you create a purchase order I recommend creating a generic item record that you can always use. For example, you could create a generic item record with Item ID "Consulting services" and map it to your consulting services expense account. That way you could always select the "Consulting Services" item anytime you want to add it to a purchase order rather than creating a new item each time. I will follow-up with you directly to make sure this resolves the issue.

My overall experience with spendwise is great and definitely recommend to my friends or colleagues.
Spendwise made it easy on eliminating unnecessary costs and making better decisions. It stores all of your data at one place securely where you can access it from anywhere at any time.
Sometimes when there is a software update, it becomes difficult to navigate through the new changes. With a lack of manual or training, updates can take time to get used to.

The free version is severely hampered by the lack of a search feature, which is a purchased feature only. Other than that, the site is quite useful and the feature robust.

The Free Plan is designed for businesses that create a few purchase orders per month and you are right does not include the search feature. The Standard and Professional plans are designed for businesses that create more than a few purchase orders per month and both include the search feature. We offer the Free Plan to help businesses get off the ground and hope that as they grow they will see the value in upgrading to the Standard or Professional plan. We used to manage office expenses in a very casual and non-itemized way. After implementing expenses into Spendwise we were able to see what subscriptions we were paying for, how costly our internet service had gotten over the years, and where we need to adjust budgets for business luncheons.
It would be nice if SpendWise offered more to their basic account offering as well as integrate a mobile app for when you are leisurely checking in on spending on the go.

it is very user-friendly and convenient software for purchase related issues. it is web-based so does not pose any extra load to your system's RAM. it keeps record of all your purchases and spends.

I have not used customer support nor do I pay for the service - another person in our company does that portion and can comment further. I enjoy using the service. I have run into trouble when needing to edit an item that has been received already or incorrectly - to where I was left with negative items as a balance. I'm not sure of a quick fix on this but perhaps providing summary data of what was received prior to pursuing the 'receive' function would be helpful.

OfficeWise allows you to collaborate with managers, owners and accountants to make sure your full-spectrum of finances are taken care of!
It was hard for everyone on our staff to get on-board with this software. We still use Officewise, just not as frequently.

It makes processing PO's quick and easy.
The system is mostly easy of use, feature rich and tech support is pretty quick to respond with assistance.
The software pricing could be a bit better and while easy to use there a few things that could make it more user friendly.

Very nice program for handling many functions within your organization. Keeps track of inventory, allows you to create invoices, reports, banking, etc. Endless things to help keep your business organized and efficient.
It may not be as great as microsoft office or other apps because it tends to charge a higher monthly fee. But you could weigh your options versus the price to other software.

There were things tat I did not understand after purchasing, contacted customer service, they found my problem, it was on my end, but they took the time to walk me through it, and fixed my issue. Can't beat their customer/ tech service, great people to work with.
Easy to use.
None really, does what you're paying for.
