Great software, very affordable

The particular client that I am looking for an accounting software was not sure yet what he really wants but I recommended this software and give him my pros and cons, for his business I think is the ideal software, really friendly and affordable, I hope he'll decide for this one

Pros

As an accounting I like the software, have everything any small business needs, the fact that I can create and send the invoice directly to the costumer is a big plus, because you don't need paper in this green era.

Cons

The first time you used is a little bit complicated, but when you get the hand of it becomes easier and friendly

Quick and intuitive

More rapid purchase order creation. Web-based so can generate purchase orders from anywhere.

Pros

I have been using this program for a few months and is much better than our former institutional software. Its quick and intuitive!

My overall experience with Spendwise was good, It helps me know what I could buy and disapproved for what I couldn't so I wouldn't overdraw my account. I love that once it does approve for your items that you can send it to your vendors and the action is complete and simple.

Pros

The best and what I like most about Spendwise is that it keeps tracks of orders you may want and if you can afford them it helps you with budgeting or will just reject what you can't afford. I used this software for my daughters birthday gifts and it was a big help in keeping and organizing my budgeting. If your purchase is approved it sends it right to that vendor to get the order in.

Cons

The least I like about Spendwise is that eventually you have to pay I think $9 a month or so which I don't have that money or I wouldn't need this software to help me with purchases in the first place. I do believe that there is a free version though.

The speed is good. Perhaps the Basic Plan option could increase the number of transactions.

Pros

The ability to create professional Purchase Orders is invaluable. Also, the benefit of creating products which can be applied in future PO's.

I love using the Officewise purchasing system for all of my purchase orders. It's so easy to use and track old and pending requests.

Pros

Ease of use. Very clean look and not buggy at all.

I honestly don't have any complaints.

Inability to run reports on income and invoices

Ease of Creating Invoices

This is a very simple system and to use; and if you don't need all of the extra bells and whistles, it is free. Your invoices are saved. Very convenient and efficient.

Good and Bad For Me

The product changed without notice but the HELP sections were good. Our business is small and run by people who know nothing about running a business--my partner who never graduated high school and me and we were clueless about invoices and such but Officewise was a great help. I would recommend it to both novices and professionals.

A lot better Apps out there

I deleted it. Decided it was not practical for what I needed.

Pros

It is very easy to edit items without having to create new ones. It has a very simple interface and is easy to use.

Cons

There is very little you can do with a click of a button. So many better apps with less manual key-in entries.I

Pros

purchasing is now much easier, particularly with approval roles. Reporting is also pretty good. Data is held in the cloud so do not need to visit the office to use.

Cons

Budgeting could be easier to use and perhaps needs a little simplification.

Super simple. Great app on iPhone and Androids. Extremely helpful on the go.

Great for single users, needs a business or power user option.

Pros

Nice layout. Dashboard is handy. Ability to send emails right from the PO generation screen is helpful.

Cons

The search doesn't populate results for me. The ability to store costs for repeat purchases would be cool.

Drop down menu for vendor, GL, previous categories.... Email notification of approval. I can search for po in different ways. Pending, approved, etc.

Cons

I had difficulty loading a file from my desktop with new upgrade. The history should be loaded by more recent to oldest.

We've been using Officewise for several months now and love it. Very easy to maneuver, create POs, edit products & POs, send and receive purchase orders. We have several users in different locations using this software. Our vendors also like the quality of purchase orders they are receiving from Officewise. The ease and value of this software is superb.

Nice and functional

If you learn it's features and how to handle them I believe it's a powerful App.

Pros

The way that it calculates instantly and let you be aware of your financial situation is interesting to me. Managing spendings is easy with this website.

Cons

Sometimes I get confused about how to work with some functions. It takes a while until you learn everything. Once you know how to use it, it's a piece of cake!

Officewise Streamlined Our Purchase Order/Sales Order Processes

Officewise has been a valuable tool in creating and managing our Purchase Orders as well as our Sales Orders. We can log this information into the database with ease, and are then able to filter through a number of desired categories (ie: per contact, per product, etc). We highly recommend this simple but effective business solution!
