Very helpful organizational tool that has increased our productivity and job schedule compliance

Before stilt approximately 10-20% of the time jobs were either pushed back to a different day or delayed from the morning to the afternoon because the scaffolding was not up before the job was scheduled to start or it was not inspected on time. This app has almost completely eliminated this issue. This has reduced wasted time for our maintenance crews as they are no longer standing around waiting for contractors to come inspect scaffolding.

Pros

I love the map feature that has all of the information on it. It has all the scaffolding that is currently set up, the upcoming jobs, and the status of the scaffolding such as whether it needs to be taken down, has been inspected for the day or still needs inspection, what jobs are in the backlog, etc. It keeps things super organized so that we don't miss anything. Another thing that I love is that this helps us to stay on top of getting old scaffolding taken down after use instead of it staying up in our facility for weeks at a time, which was a major problem before Stilt.

Cons

The usefulness of the app is dependent on how readily it is adopted by all parties including your companies employees as well as the contractors. It is important that the roll out is done in an organized fashion so that all the appropriate people use the app and keep everything up to date. This has not been a problem for us.

New Stilt User

My personal experience with Stilt has been fantastic. I have spent my entire career in the service management and have used many types of software. Stilt is the most adaptable and forward-thinking software I have used to date.

Pros

Stilt software is easy to use and continuously adaptable. We are in the service industry and began using Stilt this year. The support has been outstanding, and I would recommend to any industry.

Cons

Any issue we had with Stilt was addressed in a timely manner. Stilt is always willing to hear feedback and adapt accordingly.
