What is Trackplan?

Trackplan is a cloud-based facilities & maintenance management software for facilities, estates, maintenance and property managers with features including a scheduler, electronic forms, GPS location stamps, and more. It is completely cloud based and works on any device. Integrates with Quickbooks, Xero and Sage

Trackplan helps control jobs and capture all job information including job types, notes, quotes, costs and documents. Users can assign and schedule work within the drag & drop calendar across the team. Set up recurring work for planned jobs, as well as sites and locations within each site for detailed coverage. Anyone can raise job requests from any device to notify the maintenance team of an issue. Organizations can also set up budgets by period or job and compare costs.

Users can assign and instruct work to contractors and see when they arrive on site and complete work. Trackplan keeps all documents within a centralized document manager and enables users to upload and manage documents for each job, site and asset. The image capture feature allows users to take photos against a job, job request or site directly from any device, and draw over the photo to highlight issues. Geolocation stamps provide coordinates for each site to help track contractors and team members.
