Zeeg is very easy to use. You can create many scheduling pages depending on your need. Nice interface too! It's a very good european alternative for calendly & helps us to schedule internal or external meetings super fast.

Integration with stripe and zoom is a plus for me.

It's a bit tough understanding the platform at first, but that's workable later on.

I have always been impressed by their attention to detail and their commitment to delivering a feature-rich product.

I believe that there is room for improvement in the new user onboarding process. While it's true that booking and scheduling scenarios can be complex in nature, I have always found their support team to be extremely helpful and kind.

I really like interactive interface where you can use for different purposes, before zeeg I was using similar software but I feel zeeg is more user-friendly

Dass Zeeg eine datenschutzkonforme und zuverlässige deutsche Alternative zu Calendly ist. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist sehr modern und ansprechend gestaltet. Die Einrichtung und Bedienung sind selbst für Laien intuitiv und einfach. Besonders praktisch sind auch die Browser-Erweiterungen, mit denen ich Termine direkt aus meinem Kalender in Zeeg anlegen kann.

Bisher gab es nichts, was mir an Zeeg nicht gefällt. Im Gegenteil, es übertrifft meine Erwartungen an eine Terminplanungslösung. Egal ob Videoanrufe, Erinnerungen, Pufferzeiten oder Workflows - alles funktioniert sehr zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Selbst nach Monaten intensiver Nutzung ist Zeeg sehr stabil und hatte bisher keinerlei Ausfälle.

Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt von Zeeg! Als deutsche Calendly Alternative hat sie mich definitiv überzeugt. Endlich eine Terminbuchungssoftware, die DSGVO-konform ist und meinen Anforderungen gerecht wird. Die automatischen Erinnerungen vor Terminen sind ein echtes Highlight und sorgen dafür, dass nichts durchs Raster fällt. Und wenn mal Fragen aufkommen, ist der Kundensupport von Zeeg einfach top. Plus, die Workflows sind super durchdacht und machen das Planen super einfach. Für alle, die nach einer frischen und zuverlässigen Alternative suchen – Zeeg ist ein Geheimtipp!

Zeeg ist weniger verbreitet als Calendly aber bisher war das kein echter Nachteil weil sehr schnell klar ist worum es sich handelt

1. Effiziente Terminplanung 2. Zeitersparnis bei Nachfassaktionen, um aktuelle Verfügbarkeiten bereitzustellen 3. Automatische Weiterleitung von Kunden auf unsere Unternehmensseite nach der Buchung eines Anrufs, so dass sie weitere Informationen erhalten können

Neue Funktionen könnten häufiger eingeführt werden und ein günstigerer Preis für Jahresabonnements wäre großartig.

Das Beste an Zeeg ist definitiv die Flexibilität bei der Terminplanung. Als Kleinunternehmer war es für mich wichtig, meinen Zeitplan effizient zu organisieren, und Zeeg hat das ermöglicht. Die Möglichkeit, meine Arbeitszeiten anzupassen und Kunden die Buchung von Terminen zu ermöglichen, war äußerst praktisch. Besonders nützlich fand ich die Optionen für One-on-One-Gespräche und Gruppenveranstaltungen, da ich beides in meinem Geschäft benötige.Die Integration von Stripe zur Abwicklung von Zahlungen ist ebenfalls ein Vorteil. Es macht die Bezahlung für meine Kunden einfach und bequem.

Ehrlich gesagt, gibt es nicht viel, was mir an Zeeg nicht gefällt. Wenn ich etwas Negatives nennen müsste, wäre es vielleicht die anfängliche Unsicherheit bei der Bedienung der Software, aber selbst das war kein großes Problem, da die einfache Benutzeroberfläche und der zuverlässige Support mir geholfen haben, mich schnell zurechtzufinden.

Sehr viel besser anpassbar an unseren individuellen use-case als bisherige Alternativen und dabei wahnsinnig nutzerfreundlich. Endlich ein Tool das integriert anwendbar für das ganze Team ist.

Zeeg erleichtert uns die Terminverwaltung immens. Nicht nur im Kundensupport, in der Beratung und in der Ticketplanung werden die jeweiligen Terminierungslinks genutzt, sondern sind sie auch für interne Prozessabwicklungen ideal. Wir werden Zeeg auch für die Neukundengewinnung nutzen, der Interessent kann sich flexibel über die Website seine eigenen Termine suchen und die Round Robin Funktion macht den Rest! Wir sind begeistert von den Funktionen, von dem schnellen Support und vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Einfache Einrichtung, sehr großer Nutzen.

Vom Administrator verwaltete Termine für alle Mitarbeitenden. Ansonsten haben wir wirklich nichts auszusetzen.

Zeeg knows their users and their needs also. Zeeg have a lot of Features without any charge for them. Zeeg Help me to be Modern and fast . I organized with it . I use to work with calndly but i wasn’t happy because I cant manage everything with it. I like the speed of development . Clean UI and their contetn in social media.

This is too cunfusing . Zeeg is a good product with really bad Ux it is not user friendly . It is not easy to use. I get lost many times in it and also the copywrits is really bad. I should try few times to find true way to scadule . And also it is full of dead-end in follow. I don’t know the goals and it is scares me. 1. From my browser if I search Zeeg/name I can see my page and this is good but I have no way to go in edit from that page 2. The steps of schedule a meeting card is confusing and full of steps that make me stress.

Zeeg hat mir wirklich geholfen, meine Prozesse in Griff zu kriegen, bin ja ein Chaot. Alles sehr intuitiv und meine Kunden lieben es. Gibt paar Sachen konkret wesshalb ich Zeeg empfehlen würde. 1. Conversion Rate: Hat mir wirklich geholfen, mehr Kundendaten auf der Kontaktseite einzuholen. 2. Easy to use: Ist sowohl für den Kunden als auch für mich sehr einfach. Sowohl die Integration als auch die Usability (sagt man so, oder? ... Usability ... tolles Wort)3. DSGVO konform (super wichtig, wir leben ja in einer Abmahngesellschaft)

Eigentlich bisher nichts. Hatte noch nicht ein Problem. Bin ja fast digital native. Aber wenn mich mal was stört, werde ich es hier teilen. (sollte man hier die Review im Nachhinein noch bearbeiten können, habe dazu nichts rausfinden können bei Google ob das geht).

Die Software ist intuitiv und sehr leicht zu bedienen. Am besten gefällt mir, dass ich diverse Kalender mit Zeeg verknüpfen kann, um so Doppelbuchungen zu vermeiden.

Ich habe keine konkreten Punkte, die mich wirklich stören. Der Slug, den ich ursprünglich nehmen wollte, war leider bereits vergeben, aber ich denke, das ist recht normal bei limitierten Benutzernamen.

Man muss nicht mehr mit Kunden Termine finden

Wir haben Zeeg bei uns im Account Management Team eingeführt, um mit unseren Partnern Termine vereinbaren zu können. Das war vorher super zeitaufwändig, weil jeder bei uns im Team einen vollen Kalender mit diversen Blockern hat. Die Kunden können jetzt super easy einen Termin bei mehreren unserer Kollegen gleichzeitig buchen. Ist Top!

Der Funktionsumfang ist schon recht gut, ich glaube aber, dass all die Lösungen, die aktuell im Markt sind, noch Optimierungsbedarf im Bereich UX haben. Aber da sind sie schon auf einem guten Weg.

I get to know zeeg when I had a job interview with a company and they sent me a zeeg link which was strange I didn't know their service before and never heard of them either, but I really liked it when I entered the website and see How easily I could manage my interview, now I also use it for a personal use and I really like their ease of use

I didn't bump into any issue with software other than I couldn't sync my work Microsoft calendar
