With ZERO CLM, legal, procurement, finance, HR, sales, and compliance teams all work on the same version of each document, using templates, approval workflows, configurable alerts, and audit trails for every change and signature.

Contract repository and search

Every agreement lives in a single repository with full-text search and filters by contract type, department, counterparty, effective date, owner and status. Version control keeps the complete history of each document, and annotations stay attached to the version they were made on.

Drafting and templates

Contracts are generated from pre-approved templates and a clause library with customizable fields, so business teams can self-serve routine agreements instead of sending every request to legal. Drag-and-drop building, pre-built templates and customizable branding keep output consistent.

Workflow and approvals

Configurable stage-based workflows route each request to the right reviewers and approvers, with task assignment, reminders and completion tracking. Four permission layers (profiles, role permissions, stage-based flows and groups) control who can view, edit, approve or sign each document.
