Project goals and milestones can be outlined and tracked within apps, and features such as to-do lists and Kanban Boards can be used to track the progress of individual tasks within projects. Using the Kanban Board tool, team members are able to view tasks, and move them through the workflow as they are completed using the drag and drop interface.
