What is PM3?

PM3 is a cloud-based project portfolio management (PPM) solution designed by practitioners for practitioners. PM3 plans and controls projects, programmes and portfolios. Features include: linking benefits to milestones, support for transformation programmes, dashboards and reporting.

The cloud-based application comes with a business priority matrix tool, which allows managers to view and categorize proposed projects based on parameters such as value, risk and benefits. The benefit module within PM3 helps team leaders mark project benefits as recurring or non-recurring, and evaluate the associated targets and budgets.

PM3 comes with a capacity management feature, which helps resource managers understand the resource pinch points and under-capacity of indiviuduals or resource types. PM3 has a clean and uncluttered interface which makes it very intuitive. PM3 allows you to select screens for groups of users to access so that they only see the screens and tabs they need for their role; this helps user adoption. With PM3 you can start with a limited functionality set and then add more functionality as you need it. PM3 is suitable for businesses in industries such as health, retail, IT, construction, hospitality, government and more.
