Simple and effective.

This software saves time when collaborating with my team at work.

Pros

Trello is easy to use as a project management tool and share amongst my team at work. This tool allows me to track my team's progress on existing projects and also see what is in the pipeline for scheduling upcoming work to be done.

Cons

My coworkers prefer using wunderlist for a checklist of items to show when complete.

Overall, Trello has been a helpful collaborative tool that has helped the work flow for team projects and databases and allows for lots of flexibility and customization.

Pros

I really enjoyed the features for collaborative work on Trello. By having a team board for different things, I felt able to communicate effectively by tagging and assigning tasks, and the ability to see the history of a task was incredibly helpful.

Cons

For an individual basis, it was sometimes less helpful than some other Management tools like Wunderlist. For my personal needs, there was often just not a need for the way trello did lists and things like that.

One of the better To-Do Task Lists

2018-07-10

Pros

If you have a very sophisticated task list and want to collaborate with others, then this is a good to-do software list to use. It is advanced and has more features than other to do lists

Cons

I ended up going to wunderlist since I didn't need all the functionality that Trello had.

Good. Useable.

Pros

Price, functionality, crossolatform, using, reliability, - change a lot off background !!! - lot of entries

Cons

- Desing - uff - it has desing (windows, apps..) like for kids, cartoon husky dog... uff - It want better design - better functionality with callendar (ical integrations) - “realtime” synchronization, or faster - make some predefine categories - that i can select in task a manage - better reminders - set reminder for hour, minutes, day, reply reminder - time of reminds... i like Wunderlist - but my company decided that we will use trello...

unpleasant, tricky, unreliable

2018-06-28

Pros

I liked that Trello was free and that it was something I could access even if I was not connected to wifi. Customer service was always prompt in their assistance and responsiveness.

Cons

I really had trouble using Trello and eventually had to stop using it entirely for another similar software (wunderlist). I regularly had trouble adding items to the list and even then they would mysteriously disappear a few minutes after adding them.

For the person who's tried every task manager out there, Trello just works.

2015-09-08

It's magical - I don't know how else to describe it, nor do I know how else to explain why I use trello instead of Wunderlist, Asana, Basecamp, Todoist, Checkvist, Things, Reminders, or any of the other dozens of apps I've tried to manage my tasks; trello just does the job better.

Pros

- Live syncing - Free - Collaboration - Great apps for all devices - Kanban - Flexible - Some cool (chrome) extensions - Keyboard shortcuts

Cons

- Doesn't really work offline (kind of does, if you experience a temporary outtage)

Wunderlist is a good to-do tool

Amazing To-Do List app

2019-02-11

Best to-do list app to maintain all your projects and works at one place.

Pros

I have been using this app since 2years this seems to be a perfect app for to-do lists, This helps you to add subtasks for the main task which many of the other apps miss out this feature. Tracking all the tasks is just so easy. You can add as many as projects you need. I use this for work and personal use and you can create a different folder for different tasks. I use this on my MacBook air and on my android phone, syncs seamlessly on the devices.

Cons

I wish the add intergartions to add the list to the trello board or share it slack

Amazing at what it does

2018-08-08

Great. It has helped me better coordinate projects with my team, especially with remote employees. Great at creating quick projects, due dates, assignments, notifications, priorization. One of the best, most simple collaborative tool

Pros

Ease of use Focus of the features (doesn't try to do everything) Collaborative features

Cons

No integrations that I know of, and that would make it so much better (ex: Slack, zendesk, hubspot, trello, etc..)

Cool product with lots of features

2018-10-03

Pros

This is more than a simple, to-do list that keeps track of your daily, weekly or monthly tasks. You can get real detailed if you want.

Cons

My preference is to keep things simple with task tracking. Trello is more appealing to those ends or even simpler mobile apps.

It runs my life and plans my trips

2019-02-13

Use it daily, hope the support sticks around, would like to see some trello style project planning features - I'd happily pay for them

Pros

So versatile, I use it for everything from shared work lists to holiday planning to lists of new words I have to look up when reading

Cons

Doesn't always sync properly, the notes section could be more useful if it could be exported

Great for managing simple tasks

2018-08-30

Pros

it's practical, you just need to write the note and that's it, there's the task! has legal features like alarm, to remember when you have to perform a certain task!

Cons

does not reach the level of complexity of the asana or trello, where it is possible to manage teams .. they lack visually intuitive functionalities yet ...

I liked using wunderlist for task management

2018-03-07

I think the thing that really benefited me was using the online dashboard to help manage my tasks. I was able to setup things in priority and it helped me stay on track with my projects.

Pros

I liked how i could use the online and app for keeping track of task. I liked how it allowed me to prioritize my to-do list.

Cons

I didn't like the interface and I felt like there could have been more features like with trello. One thing I would like to see is a team environment

The perfect management tool for a task driven personality

2018-09-19

Pros

I'd say they compete fairly well with a product like Trello that has similar functionality.

Cons

When you do compare them to Trello you may find you are lacking some of the advanced sorting/organization but it makes a great entry level tool for task management.

The "Bing" of Task Management Softwares

2019-03-21

I deleted Wunderlist from my iPhone pretty quickly after installing it. I realized it wouldn't have the features I or my team needs to successfully collab on long-term projects.

Pros

It lets you keep track of tasks but not with as great as functionality as task management software like Evernote, Asana or Trello.

Cons

There are many functionalities missing that a business person and/or entrepreneur need to operate daily. It's not ideal for team collaboration.

Extremely Fast

2019-02-04

Pros

SIMPLE interface. This is what I think is what puts Wunderlist over other todo apps. It packs a punch with a very open simple interface. The deeper you want to go, the more you discover. It is so light and easy, I mostly operated out of my phone. I had a mac app that I never used because it got so easy to walk around while getting my coffee to plan the next 4 hours of my day.

Cons

Had to switch to trello because of this.

Why I keep going back to Wunderlist

2019-03-18

I have tried many other productivity apps on the market (to doist, trello, asana) but have always gone back to Wunderlist.

Pros

Simply the best list keeper on the market. Hierarchical structure is folders, lists, 'to do' and subtasks. Each 'to do' has it's own text box. Files (pdf, jpeg etc) can be uploaded to each 'to do'. Each 'to do' also allows a date due to be set, and a reminder made. Data syncs effortlessly and quickly between desktop and mobile apps. It is extremely stable. Graphics, you can change the background image and on a mobile you can add emojis to each list and 'to do'. Lists can be shared with others via email. The paid version allows more functionality.

Cons

Wunderlist was sold to Microsoft in 2015. In 2017 Microsoft announced that the app would be closed down and replaced with a very weak, insipid and badly designed product called 'To Do'. So far, that has yet to eventuate. There is currently no clear information for users on the future of Wunderlist. Personally I think Microsoft will face a big backlash if this product is actually shut down. Wunderlist had over 13 million users in 2015.

Wunderlist

2018-10-27

A great list management software application with easy integration across multiple platforms and devices.

Pros

The integration with Outlook 2016 and Gmail is easily the best feature of this product. I was easily able to keep project lists using the errands feature, and it's integration abilities with all my email accounts made adding things to it incredibly easy.

Cons

When switching from the desktop version of Outlook 2016 to the new, built-in Windows Mail (for Windows 10) I haven't seen a way to incorporate Wunderlist / Trello / other productivity plugins.

Wunderlist is my #1 productivity tool for staying on top of my work.

2018-07-04

I use Wunderlist to manage day-to-day business activities. Nothing beats the simplicity of a checklist. It's great for freelancers or small business owners who want to manage projects and activities with ease.

Pros

I've tried Asana, Basecamp, and Trello but I prefer the simplicity of Wunderlist.

Cons

There really aren't many cons. The power of this tool is in the simplicity. If I were to add features, they would be integrations with third party tools.

Wunderlist is the "grocery list app" of the 21st century, and not much more.

2018-06-15

Pros

Wunderlist is so incredibly easy to use. My wife uses it all the time for her grocery runs. I think they might even have a desktop version, but honestly I haven't ever seen her use it. If you need the most basic "box checking" app on the market, this is the one you want.

Cons

I've used more robust systems like Basecamp, Asana, and Trello and have loved all of them - but Wunderlist just straight falls flat if you're trying to use it for business.
