I recommend it because, and easy to use, help in the organization, thus allowing the advancement of the company in the competitive market.
Our customer experience was a bit disjointed and delayed, however I understand this is being or has been addressed.
The excellent cost-benefit relationship, it helps your company from strategic to operational perspectives with a fairly accessible price.
There is no drag and drop functionality in the Gantt screen. The Gantt bars cannot be customized with colors to show red, yellow, and green tasks.
As a developer and project manager recommend ITM Platform. We use it with the development team and was a great help.
Very low price comparing with similar softwares. As cons I can't personally point one, because we pay less than "we should" for this type of software.
Fortunately, ITM Platform is a valuable need to achieve that. I need to mention its superb customer support as well.
In "Services" I have missed a calendar, in the style of the Gantt, to visualize the key dates.
This provides a great visualization to tasks that are pending or blocked to some reason pro remains "in progress. Capability to add sub-tasks to a Task.

The ease of card creation and organization, along with the collaboration abilities, makes this the strongest app for us in laying out our epics and stories.
Rearranging releases could be easier (drag and drop maybe), the description section of the card is not scrollable when editing- have to use the arrow keys to see what above of below the fold.
The best feature I like about this software is the integration with JIRA.
Drag and drop feature doesn't work very when there is a lot of cards and you need to scroll something down outside the current view.
I like how easy it is, and exactly what everybody is looking for in a Story mapping adventure.
Feature set, especially communication tools are limited.
The ability to collaborate and view stories in a friendly UX. Easy to use as part of planning and requirements gathering.
Takes the pain out of sprint 0 and keeping your high-level vision in focus.
Very simple process, timely delivery, great customer service and good review.
It's a great way to bring the dev team and non-techy executives on the same page. It's got a brand new dashboard recently that made the user experience much better.
The card integrates will JIRA and its on my board. The other great thing about it is that we can divide the project into multiple releases.
So for me as user and admin the experience is excellent.
And another great thing about it is that you can then import those stories directly into Jira or other project management platforms to begin work.

Collaboard is a really good tool and deserves more praise than it is getting. The simplicity of the the board makes it intuitive, which only benefits its users.
They tell you they are in shock (for the content loss) and that they are going to see the problem right away. But you never hear from them again.
My contacts love when I share with them using Collaboard projects. The company is working on new developments and that's great to see and use new improved versions.
I don't know if they were ready to launch. You can't write in the board, because there is some horrible lagging in the system, so your words came out as weird lines.
Mostly I do chatbot workshops. Thanks to collaborad I can do the workshop from whereever I want and my clients can join from whereever they want.
Overall, it has been a horrible experience. I think they should mature their product.
The most impressive feature to me is the search, where I can launch directly in the app an external application like Bing Maps, take screenshots out of it and ink on them.
The choice of colors for the user interface is limited.
I really love how I could use Collaboard as a huge whiteboard and just dumping all my ideas, images or screenshot like a mood board for my website design business.
The tool succeeds by offering templates that visually help our remote team solve problems in a creative manner using easy-to-use technology.

The UI is great, you can easily create cards, track progress and more for your team. Also you can manage the theme of the dashboard, I loved it.
Hate when scrolling side to side in the kanban and my browsers back and forward through history is invoked, especially when it causes me to lose a detailed user story I'm in the middle of typing.
Maybe the best tool to work with agile methodologies of projects management. Agile teams love this tool because of it ease of use and all the functionalities it has.
It can be clunky at times and it lack features for more complex projects. It's mostly simple Kanban tool.
We chose Taiga over other similar available products because of the price and its simplicity. Its good for tracking progress of development, issues and options for adding custom user inputs.
The UI sometimes gets distorted on some resolutions.
Progress tracking and reporting has become easier when we break down tasks to the bare bones. The Slack and GitLab integrations have been nice for modifying tickets from commits and merges.
Hard to use for normal projesc or tasks tracking.
Finally a product with which the management was happy (attractive price).
Although we have not used the API and the integration capabilities, we are excited for the possibilities that exist for making the product handshake with the other tools that we use internally.

This has helped tremendously in removing roadblocks on a huge project like TCO-FGP. Also, like that it is flexible system that has improved based on User feedback and needs.
There is no relationship between work package. For example, there is no relationship between CWP and IWP show in O3.
Overall very happy with O3 and would recommend it to others that need to ensure their construction projects are managed efficiently and delivered on time.
The least thing i disliked about this software that can't be linked with MC+ program.
It is a great tool to implement at the project level. It supports a philosophy of project integration.
Observations assigned to the wrong project cannot be reassigned in the O3 app.
