Great balance of approachability and power

Pros

Signing up for Essembi is a very quick process. Once you're signed up, there's a helpful in-product guided tour that gets you off on the right foot. If you get stuck, there's an integrated help chat directly in the app (support is very responsive). While the starting point of the system is great, I found the customization tools very intuitive and powerful. It's very easy to add custom fields, to create new reports, etc.

Cons

There is currently no easy way to see work that was completed in the last week. Essembi's support team said they're fast tracking this for me but at the time of writing this the feature does not exist.

Highly Recommend Essembi

Our company recently started using Essembi and we couldn’t be more impressed with its functionality and user-friendly interface. Essembi offers customization if needed, however, Essembi is powerful right out of the box. Our users have no trouble adopting it quickly. It has made a significant impact our user’s daily workflow, streamlining tasks and providing valuable insights. The Essembi team is readily responsive if our users need assistance. Essembi developers have clearly put a great deal of thought and effort into creating an efficient platform. I highly recommend Essembi for anyone looking to simplify their company workflow and increase productivity.

Cons

Our company has not had any issues at this point with the platform, thanks to the great response to our questions from the Essembi team.

Essembi is a game changer!

Pros

The product is very easy to get started with, and support is very responsive to questions. Overall I find the product to be very comprehensive and powerful. When you first open Essembi, you quickly notice all of the different editing screens and reporting views purpose-built for different teams (roadmap, sprints, backlog, etc). What I've really enjoyed is taking Essembi and using the various customization tools to tailor the system to my needs. It's very easy to alter the out of the box views and forms and also to create your own views and forms with custom fields, calculations, etc.

Cons

I've submitted a few requests to their support team for documentation that was unclear to me. To their credit, however, they did update the documentation and help me figure out my concerns pretty quickly.

-Worked right out of the box -Great customization options for tailoring it to our business's workflow -Consistency throughout application for our users -Mobile layouts for using it on the go -Interface looks great

Cons

-Wanted the ability to color code Kanban boards based on our unique setup (they ended up building it for us)
