Customer support is very slow responding and it's hard to get a fast and direct answer with issues.

Customer service is fairly responsive, but they never follow through, they seem to never really understand the problem, even after I spend hours sending examples, videos, screen shots, and more to help them understand.

With Kunversion, I could see the source of the lead and any notes the agents added as they talked to the leads (like if they've called 10 times and no one has answered, or if they added their sister-in-law so it's not a random lead from the internet).

I had a ticket open for over 6 months trying to fix how an image was displaying on my homepage and there is almost no way to escalate an issue so you keep babysitting the ticket for weeks.

Lofty CRM offers strong lead management tools, useful automation, and a solid system that can help agents stay organized and follow up consistently.

Creating, customizing, and adjusting SmartPlans can be confusing, especially when trying to tailor them to different lead sources or client types.

I need their logins to be able to fully help them with leads since that's the only way to see the notes and lead activity.

Some features are limited outside the US, like the zip code thing to get listings, or mexican phone numbers cant register.

Least Client support and use of some of the advertising features:  I used both in 2025 and found it time-consuming and difficult to reach a knowledgeable support team member.

I would not be able to help my agents half as well without the support team's guidance and responses. Because of the support I receive, it encourages my agents to continue to use the platform as well.

They take almost 10 minues to respond to each chat message, but if you do not respond in less than 2 they start messaging asking if you left the chat already.

First, the professional communication, 2nd, the suggestions profiled to each client and the composing of emails.

What I like least about Lofty is the setup process for SmartPlans. While they are powerful once running, the initial setup feels time-consuming and not very intuitive.

I don't know how to use it to its fullest capability and in order for me to become a "super-user" I need to spend more time with the trainings and testing out the different features.

The worst part is, once you've invested all the time and effort into building your website yourself, you are stuck because you cannot take it with you if you leave Lofty.

So many features can make it overwhelming at times, but breaking it down to smaller pieces makes it more manageable.

I'm sick over it, I've agonized over leaving it because it really does offer so much - but it's come to a point where I'd probably be more efficient running my business with a rolodex and wall phone.

Lead follow-up that actually works: Smart plans + texting/email that keep agents from dropping the ball.

I really enjoy Lofty for my client database and follow up system.

Customer service. When you call their customer service you get some foreigner that you can barely understand.  

While I like that my agent partners like it, the features as the lender are not helpful.

Overall, Lofty has been a solid, feature-rich CRM that does a lot for my business in one place.

Sometimes tagging an internal contact would work and they would get a notification and sometimes it simply wouldn't work at all.

The platform has a few bugs that need to be worked out.

Send and tracking emails along with scheduling tasks.

However, if you need full transaction management or a lower-cost solution, you might consider alternatives.

I don’t know if there is anything else out there that has matched up to following up and keeping track of clients.

Nice to be able to collaborate internally in each profile.

Pricing can be high, especially for solo agents or small teams.

Pretty user friendly and easy to get started- not a huge learning curve as a user.

Overall, I find follow up boss is an integral part of my business.
