Customer Service agents are so fast, efficent and super helpful. They are really good at getting you the information you need and always ask if you need help with anything else before exiting chat.
I was disappointed when my pictures were uploaded to Zillow, Trulia, etc. out of order. I realize what happens on their sites is something out of your control at the moment.
The customer service is outstanding. I cannot say enough about how great their customer support team has been.
The tenant payment options are really painful to manage and working with support didn't fix this. The $1 ACH fee is not okay to past to the tenants, that is why I left and started using TenantCloud.
Customer Support is unmatched and gives new landlords a lot confidence in the application. Improving the time required to process payments would help a lot.
I was frustrated with management fired them and now adding a forum that was foreign was difficult, but this team at Rentredi made any obstacles measurable.
That is so user friendly. What I love most is that I can set up different bank account for different properties.
The main thing I need to see everyday is who has paid, who has yet to pay, and any maintenance requests. You have to go into each units page to see if the tenant has paid or not.
I highly recommend this easy and very affordable application for anyone getting into investment properties.

HOA Ally was really easy to get up and use. The company was great at explaining it and being responsive to our needs.
It is demanding for larger communities to have to enter needed sign up info for each household. Opening folders and readily seeing information can be confusing.
After looking at several options, HOA Ally looked great and after using it, it was really the best.
The lack of accounting software to be included.
Also document library - powerful and simple to use. One of the best things so far is the ability to make changes.
Data storage for our HOA files/documents is way too limited.
The price (free), and inclusion of all functions that I require is a very import plus. Contact with support is fantastic.
Instead of paying monthly, we wanted to pay for a year, since it is less admin.
My experience so far has been great. Customer support is the best.

We called about some concerns, received options on how to best get the results we were wanting, news about upcoming enhancements, and just generally a wonderful outlook.
If there was one aspect I dislike, I would prefer the resident database appear immediately after selecting the HOA instead of being directed to the dashboard.
I love the simplicity of sending out multiple or single welcome messaged and how easy it is to make administrative changes.
The resources Tab can be a bit clunky at times. The difference between the "Legacy" and "New" tabs within the resoyrces tab can be confusing to understand for new users.
I also love that Pilera offers great customer service that is professional, reliable, and provides resolution when I have an issue.
I don't like that we can not set households up.
Management is lovely, professional, and responsive. Very pleasant working relationship and I genuinely like these people.
For example the residents dislike the borders of the emails but that is something we cannot change. I do appreciate that the development team is taking our feedback and making pilera more functional.
A great amount of this success is due to Pilera. We use Jenark as our financial platform and Pilera integrates with it seamlessly and many other financial platforms.
I love the ease of communicating with the membership, the languages the messages allow users to pick, and the tracking of the membership when adding and removing people from the system.
Software is easy to use, aesthetically pleasing, and very user friendly. Customer service/support is always so helpful and quick to respond (Rhonda is our go-to and she is incredible!).
Pilera has been influential in helping me become more acclimated to my job as a property manager.

The store front for my tenants and landlords has given them confidence in me and my abilities. For all that are involved we are having a great time using it and growing our business.
The "increase decrease" instead of debit and credit is very confusing. This is horrible software from an accounting standpoint.
The integration of the marketing is awesome. I click publish and it goes to websites that are the most popular where tenants are and I get quick results on tenants.
There is no place to submit my payment. Your wasting my time just because I don't have a 100 character review.
We have used Landlord Tracks for over a year and love the software and their great, responsive customer service.
Inability to sort Invoices by status. Unable to get Reoccurring Transactions (Tasks) to work.
Very friendly and knowledgeable customer support. Quick respond to customer, accepting and appreciating customer feedback, constantly working on improving the software.
As there is no message received stipulating this fact. I have to log in multiple times to clear error messages.
Definitely a pro when it comes to keeping 200+ properties in order. Excited to learn more about the software and excited to start implementing some of the features that it has to offer, as we grow.

From the very beginning the staff, especially Daniel, have been very patient and helpful. They seem to me to go out of their way to make my interactions with them a pleasure for them - and for me.
The app continues to be very weak, doesn't show resident contact info. I have commented on this multiple times and am disappointed that no action has been taken.
We have loved using the Neigbrs app and online portal for our communities. Their support has been responsive and comprehensive and we look forward to working with them for all future communities.
The only con I would say is that the system does not work 100% perfectly on the Apple mobile devices. Those are the only complaints we have gotten From our membership.
Our overall experience has been extremely positive. Their customer service is outstanding and responsiveness to requests prompt.
This becomes a problem if the association doesn't have email addresses for each owner then it becomes a manual effort to update this information or we need to wait for owners to register.
We were looking mainly for communication and document solitons for our HOA and Neigbrs was the best option at the best price. The onboarding process and team were exceptional.
We will not be able to pre-load the system with the names, addresses, etc. of the owners and let them enter their email and info we may be missing.

Our community has responded very positively to Neigbrs. We have mostly older residents, so helping them understand and utilize Neigbrs is an ongoing challenge.
We researched and evaluated a number of vendors and have the spreadsheets to show for it. Price was a consideration and we have found we are receiving an even better value than we anticipated.
It is very easy to use and to instruct others.
We have moved from mass emails and 4 different ways to report service issues, to one simple, easy to use platform.
From the very beginning the staff, especially Daniel, have been very patient and helpful. They seem to me to go out of their way to make my interactions with them a pleasure for them - and for me.
The app continues to be very weak, doesn't show resident contact info. I have commented on this multiple times and am disappointed that no action has been taken.
We have loved using the Neigbrs app and online portal for our communities. Their support has been responsive and comprehensive and we look forward to working with them for all future communities.
The only con I would say is that the system does not work 100% perfectly on the Apple mobile devices. Those are the only complaints we have gotten From our membership.
Our overall experience has been extremely positive. Their customer service is outstanding and responsiveness to requests prompt.
This becomes a problem if the association doesn't have email addresses for each owner then it becomes a manual effort to update this information or we need to wait for owners to register.
We were looking mainly for communication and document solitons for our HOA and Neigbrs was the best option at the best price. The onboarding process and team were exceptional.
We will not be able to pre-load the system with the names, addresses, etc. of the owners and let them enter their email and info we may be missing.
The support staff is excellent. SENSITIVE CONTENT] are wonderful to work with.

I love Exact Estate because It is so easy to navigate and find your way around & really love the Mass recerts that was just recently added.
If I am struggling its usually from user error.
I love the fact that EE is integrated with other marketing firms to able to turn leads into prospects, and that help us turn 26 vacant to 2 vacant.
The only thing I would say is for upper management to remove the restriction for resident to use all the work orders features instead of using the entry notes only.
I also love the fact that I can tract my applications to approved background and compliance without having to switch to another site.
Run into couple random login problem, but it got fixed very quickly.
ExactEstate is very user friendly and simplify software, love the Property Dashboard shows the summary list in one page, easy to find info at a glance.
There is nothing about the software that I don't like.
It’s easy to use, manageable, perfect for small or large properties, and has easy tools for training.
Exactstate is great and very easy way to make a person job easy.

Excellent experience working with Concierge Plus staff to set up the program with 3 properties I manage. Excellent communication and great instruction.
Cocnierge plus t does not accommodate well to residents with out emails. Although the database with users that only have cell or home number still get emergency announcments via txt, phone.
Our experiences has been great. Concierge Plus is responsive, supportive, and approachable with questions, concerns, changes, and issues.
Can do with some more features. Had no major problems with this software execpt from a few connection issues.
The easy it is to work with, reliable and the team is great to work with.
Our Community Condo Owners are very used to it now and they love it. They enjoy being informed of what's going on whenever necessary.
Concierge Plus is easy to setup and use. The flexibility of the application with the ability to add and customize information makes the product more useful to all consumers.
Daily normal routine work is completed much faster from Owners/tenants move in move out to site inspections. Concierge Plus and our support team are a great asset.
